Update.
Went to dyno today and just ran 1 pass to check my a/f values. Check the pictures and let me know what you guys think
Also the car performance was of only 110whp and according to my old visit to the same dyno the car had before 109whp with the stock carb but this is not accurate if we compare the old dyno's settings with the new settings, the dyno's settings has changed and if we take the same parameters that were used on my first visit the result is an increase of almost 5whp after installing the 48ida. I was hoping to get a few more hps but I guess that now is the time to tune this baby!!
EDIT: forgot to tell that my torque decreased compared to last time visit even when the parameters were adjusted

get your self another set of venturies (1 size bigger and smaller) and a set of index/number drill bits so you can just drill out the jets for tuning purposes. Once you find the right combo, buy the right size jets. Redline it on 3rd gear, shut off the engine, pull out the plugs and read them but first you need to learn what the color of spark plug means.

And taking your venturies advice I have to order 1 pair of 39 and a pair of 41's since I am using 40's correct?

I will get back to you with the timing info, since I dont know quite well that.
I think the leading is at 20* dont know for sure the trailing but I heard that someone mentioned that my trailing is too retarded and needs to be advanced.
Will confirm those values for you.
Now the header is a racing beat that I bought dissambled from RB, it was poorly welded here in my country along with the complete exhaust that is crap, you can hear the exhaust leaks on the various videos I have loaded to youtube

since the torque peaks at 6000 rpm it makes sense that you're running a RB header they're great for street driving, but not optimum for all out HP. I'd bet the runners collect somewhere in the neighborhood of 28-30". The best thing you can do is to get that exhaust nice and free flowing that should bring peak tq up higher and net you more power. I made most hp with timming locked at 27* and AFR's targeted at 13:1. I'd first set the timming to 25* then see what your AFR's are at. IF they are still in the low 12's move to a 160 air corrector and that might be good for a few ponies.
p.s. I would start your dyno pull at lower rpm around 3000 RPM considering you're going to be making peak numbers at around 7k rpm. With your exhaust there's no point in revving it past 7500 rpm you're just hurting the engine. Plus it will give a broader view of what's going on.

You are damn right, plus the runners connect so shitty that it is even funny. I wasnt there when they made the exhaust for my car and didnt notice how the exhaust was done until later when the shop returned me my car back, I just wanted to have the car back since another mechanic burned me in the past during this project.
Anyways I will do what you say probably tomorrow and try again. When you mention that you had your timing locked at 27* you refer to leading right? What is the number that I should have the trailing at ???
Thanks.

Yea. I always use some split usually the trailing is about 5* after the leading. I made peak power at 27*, but I always back it down to just under 25* for daily street driving just to be safe incase I get bad gas. In my engine i made the same power with no split as with 5-10*, but I get better gas mileage with 5* so that's what I go with.

NOferz............. tell me you have the timing checked and set already like we told you to do long ago? This is very important and the first step in tunning a car. For now just set leading to 25 and trailing to 20. You should already know how to check and set this up. If you don't know how to check and set timing, then by all means learn how to do it. If you need any help just give me a pm.

This was all covered on post #79 and #100 way back when.

My timming is not set properly yet and I dont know that much about that so I am just going to send you a pm jay to get some valuable info from you regarding timing.
Thanks

Ok Noferz, here's how you check if your front pulley is on right and how you check your stock timing marks, compliments of the wackster because I'm too lazy to type. https://www.rx7club.com/1st-gen-archive-71/ignition-main-pully-timing-525909/

and nasty. i dont want to use my vivid imagination
