Drove down to kompressor_logic's dads house to pick up a wiper linkage I desperately needed. Swapped the broken one out, now i can drive at EVD tomorrow. Thank you so much Ryan (and Keith)!!

How did you fix your rims??
I pushed it out of the garage today to I stall cabinets in my garage. Next is to find a sheet of metal to cover part of the table top with so I can build my motor!

Used a 50 grit flap disc on my cordless drill to get rid of the mess, then brought it up to 1200 grit wet sanded by hand. Polished with some mothers aluminum polish. Easy enough, just messy. Just did not see spending 300 to get them done. That was the worst one by far.
Should be picking up my hood tomorrow, if it looks as good as they say, I'll be ready for paint soon. The hood won't work with the RB strut bar, so I'm grabbing a rotary engineering 3pt bar and hoping it will fit better. Guess I'll put the RB one on the GS.
RB muffler I grabbed off Ebay arrived, so I added it to the stockpile of parts in the garage.

They add just a little bit positive camber. And they don't FIT i have to borrow some grinder since the side spacer is 1.5mm off.
Before buying some stuff from them make sure you ask if they fit. Their coilovers requires grinding and I got only few tools and it sucks to find out their parts doesnt fit w/o grinding

went over to the pops and checked out the 91 vert he got for 300 bucks, with a blown motor.... sometimes u get lucky and its something simple... no that thing is seized! rusty plugs, guessing it was severly over heated, and then sat for so long seals are rusted up!

desided to "do it right" for once, going to paint some s2 rx8 wheels gunmetal, so I desided id strip the paint, and primer and repaint them as they had some light curbabe and neded a bit of sanding anyway....
well beyond the point of no return this is going to take HOURS.... I shoulda just rattled caned right over it all lol....

Located mounts, drilled holes, fab'd nut plates and installed FC front swaybar on my FB, so far I got the fabing done, now to measure and source out the struts/coilovers for front. Have to go shorter than normal to keep the same ride height I had before....low!
