Pulled the dash from my rust bucket. Got 7 out of 8 of the seat bolts out. The last one Broke the "rusty *** nut" from inside of the frame. (:
think I'll take the hard top for a test drive.

ran the **** out of her, made a roadtrip to roseburg to pick up a friend, I made the trip there in 2 hours from beaverton. obviously no stops. was actually running right for once. waistgates back on, fuel problems all fixed. I missed boost sooo much. the trip back took a bit longer. had tons of stops and she wasn't having the fast driving. but it turns out my car can be kinda fuel effican't full tank there, just over a half tank back. I have no clue on how many miles I drove.

Only issue is I need a new clutch, I downshifted 3rd to 4500rpm and punched it and it just spun and stunk like a son of a bitch.

yesterday i got some switches for the few things I'm going to be adding in the future, and mounted one of the light up rocker switches next to the choke on the black block off plate. drilled the hole a little big, you can see through it on one side. oops. can't hardly tell when it's mounted, though.

also took the plastic plate the window regulator switches mount on, and reversed it so the switches are on the bottom instead of the top, as I'm going to be fiber-glassing a small mount / dock for an ipod where the stock radio joystick was.

attempted to fix the cruise control that doesn't work but didn't get to far into it. got tired of it when my fuse panel didn't say "cruise control"

added a Vortech FMU to see what it'd do, lol, it sounds like a friggin M16 on full auto at about 5lbs of boost and on throttle. i'll be unplugging the vacuum line for now and see if Vortech sells a conversion kit to run it down to a 1:1 instead of the 12:1. atleast i know my fuel pressure at idle now, about 20 psi.

Sent off money to get a used Mariah ducted hood. 300 total including shipping. Add to that the headlight cover I got from Aws140 (Thanks!) and the wing from Green Lantern (Thanks!) and I've got a new paint job in the future.

I painted some more of the color mis-matched interior black, so there's less brown, and more black with the red. doing the air vent's tomorrow. Also ran some wire today for future additions.

Thats lame dude. Feel free to come by anytime. I dont work till 5:30 at night and I'm usually off on the weekends. I'll be home next weekend. The turbo motor is at a stand still until I get the 7 going again and the title for the 280 figured out. No point in building the motor and putting it in if I cant drive it.
