haha i just got done with registration today. Bill of sale says $1200 and the lady puts it in the computer and the computer goes "error". It didnt like how much i paid for a 1986 GXL with 130k on it. lol

She had to look up the fair value price and it was between $4500 ~ $6000 for it lol but she gave me a brake and settled for 13 even. :]

As for the thermo, i solved it. now it doesnt go above a quarter. tho i still need to address my alternator issue and why my logicon wont switch to feet or defrost windshield :/

hopefully we'll crack this motor soon. As much as i want to TRY to put a 7mgte motor in, I want to do either a high compression NA or a turbo 2 swap.

Wanna do some brainstorming on the high comp na this saturday when you do your teardown?

I yanked Chris' engine out of mine today for winter storage.

Right now I have to make a decision about the next engine that goes in it. I can do a 12A or change some fuel lines around to convert over to EFI.

Colten, are you close to getting another 12A for your car?

killed all the sound deadening in the trunk and now i'm going back for Rd.1 under the seats. it's amazing how much that stuff weighs when you actually put it in a paper bag. it's only like 3 or 4 lbs worth right now but i didn't think it'd be even close to that for just the trunk area. oh well, back to it.

Cranked it up and drove it sideways to the nearest gas station to pick up some black and milds.

Re-ordered my clutch master, slave, release bearing, and dist cap. Next check will get me Stainless clutch line, oil and filter, water pump, pump housing gasket, lower shift boot, castle nuts for steering assembly. Then its just a matter of putting everything back together.

Finished repairing my center console plastic, just have to re-paint it now.
found the missing wire for my power antenna - just have to find it behind the stereo to hook it up! watched it suck itself back down after i turned the car on, was pleased.

tomorrow after I install a starter in my 98 lumina, I'm going to fix the antenna 100%, and pull interior pieces and hopefully finish painting everything. it's about 60% black now. rest is red / brown. red carpetting with black plastics look nice.

today fix a few tiny issues, reinstall a couple small interior peices i found while car was down over the last yr, then change this cheap subwoofer from the crappy portee box to a non ported, should make it sound at least semi decent now.... then i need to either add coolent or fix the low coolent sensor, i thin it may be coroded and goe soff randomly

Well I got a line on a Mariah hatch. Only $500. Waiting to hear back on it. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Full body kit arrived, (Thanks GAWENDUS13). Too much to do and no time to do anything.

Well since the T2 is being a conceded bitch, I'm putting my FB back togeher, just been awhile since its been started, I've got some MMO sitting in it now and batterry charging, unfortunately couldn't find the keys, luckaly RX-7's are one of the easyest cars to steel. so gonna be running it with a screwdriver for now.

Gonna tear into the T2 asap, just got a FMIC, need a new turbo, I've got a aftermarket manifold and DP, just need a t3 or t4 turbo some oil lines, and a waistgate. then modify the fmic. I may just sell this stuff for another stock turbo though. just to get it back on the road. I have enough spare parts to probably put a working turbo toghether. I've got a new compressior housing and turbine wheel, if the wheel and hot side are good I've got a good cartrage also. Well I have 5 days a week where I don't have much to do just wish I had a garage so I could avoid the rain. I'm soaked.

Tearing down the rear end and replaceing bushings, and diff and subframe mounts, also got some dtss eleminators to go in. gonna add thicker clutches. build thread coming soon.

Also swapping my LIM since mine has a stripped bolt and some other issues. I have most of the parts I need. just nothing to boost it yet.
