Yesterday, I finally swaped out my clutch master cylinder, soo nice to be able to actually use the clutch again. I was having to press it fast as I can push it into gear and press the gas as quick as I could with peddle to the floor to get going. most of the time I just tryed to roll backwards rather than attemped reverse. But now I need a new cltuch I think.

Also got a car stereo. no more headphones. now just to fix the hesitation problem.

Yeah one of the sensor types got switched in the ems....easy fix.

Today I will begin removing parts of the car for my restoration/build of the hopefully future 450bhp suspension loaded toy. Now where did I put my wallet.....

Changed the oil and took a oil sample. Smells like gasoline... Been DD'ing it for over a month now, still logging and leaning out the tune... averaged about 13 mpg the last tank.

Leaned out the jets and adjusted the timing...HOLY COW!! Whatever I had before is peanuts compared to the power it is making now.

Yesterday I took off my fmic, made sure everything was nice + good. Ground down some sharp edges, painted over the bare metal + filled in an extra nipple that isn't supposed to be there. Trying to find a good way to tie down my battery. Also took off my RE-A mirrors, sanded them down, primed + painted them, also primed the wheels. Flushed the coolant twice, only to find that the cap I put on the old nipple for the heater core is leaking. The cap isn't torn or anything either... Pretty frustrated w that too.

Today, I'm pissed it's raining because I wanna put everything back together + take it for a ride.

installed my new rb full setup.
also discovered im spitting fuel from somewhere around the turbo? i couldnt locate the source before it stopped. there was a **** ton of gas though.
leaking down off the motor mount on the turbo side. ideas?

Damn wideband AFR 20 and stock 02 sensor reads .45 volts. One of them is wrong. Considering the car was running like **** im guessing its the stock one.

Well theres nothing fuel related in that area, ececpt the charcol canister, I'm not shure how that would be leaking fuel though since its just vaper. But I'd check the lines and pulsation damper, also maybe the fpr, its probably just spraying over there.

Today, I finished mounting my wideband gauge. yesterday I ran all the wires, now I just need to have a new bung welded in the DP.

Also I ordered new bearings for the front, and poly bushings for the whole car.

Installed my new Apex'i N1 catback. sounds nice, I'm happy its not as loud as I expected, but still has a good tone. I'm happy. I'm sure my neighbors are not however.

Only the single.... I really want the duals, but this poped up on craigslist for 200 bucks brand new, still in the box. however, I had to leave the box behind as it wouldn't fit into my car. but it had never been installed or even had the wrapping removed. So I'll live with the single. Massive flames out this ****** though. I was seeing fireworks in the rear veiw. visable flame from inside the car.

So now my exhaust is a corksport 3"DP to 2.5" flange, hollow cat, to apexi N1. Pretty good sound, Just to fix the DP gasket again..... Then it should sound sweet.

I still have to install the apexi neo, get the wide band bung welded in, Bushings come tomarrow, hopfully bearings also. I got the bearing seals today.

T2 has some good mods under its belt now, but still has that damb past half throttle issue. I'm taking out the boost controller tomarrow. seems to only happen from 8 to 9 psi. It is just going supper rich cause when it bucks and hesitates it shoots flames out the tail pipe. Soon as I get this issue fixed I'm back in bussiness. my car still halls *** using half throttle

removed lim and turbo today. gaskets on both were shot to ****.
also. still havent found where the fuel leak came from. o rings on injectors both primary and secondary were not ripped or cracked..

Today went over to Jesus's house to tear open the original motor that was in my car. The previous owner left it out in the winter with out proper coolent and the water seals and O rings gave out YAY!

After hearing the I might have a cracked Iron making my heart skip a beat Im glad it was just rubber seals.


Now onto what I want to build I do not know yet I do know I want to see 180 Whp and quite possibly a Boosted build! Will let you know what I dive into in the near future

I installed 3 of 4 poly bushings on my extra set of front control arms, the 2 that can be pressed out are easy, the other not so much.... once I get it off, I'll be good to go.

Have to do the rear soon. Waiting till I get dtss eliminators. I'm gonna really miss the tilt into the corner, but its givving out under acelleration now. no good. I'm not gonna look at the price of new hubs.
