what I didn't do to my RX-7 today is put oil it it got the major leak fixed. I'm not sure if its still leaking somewhere or theres some leftover oil still dripping off the crossmember. I've resealed prettymuch everything oil now. but I know that one of the bolts on the oilpan is broken off (since I did it) I hate 10 MM bolts I've broken 100's of them. but I doubt missing 1 bolt out of 30 would cause a leak.

but I'm not leaving a puddle everytime I park. it was going through a quart to quart and a half a day. so that was getting expensive.

Pulled all my upgrades off of my '90 GTU, pulled the ca18det out of it and rolled it into the driveway. Anyone need anything? It's about to get scrapped!

still no oil loss! still have to premix though. I think my FCD is going bad. its old as hell. but my car feels like its starting to fuel cut every now and then and it seems to be at around 6 psi. but it will start hard then shake for half a second at 6 pounds then take off as the boost shoots to 10. it happens about once a day. started a few days back, I replaced the grounds thinking it was a voltage drop, I should check my plugs, but its always in boost. Always somthing with the T2.

Started the FB up for about 15 minutes and pissed off the girlfriends neighbors. that was fun.

Swapped to an RB aluminum flywheel and tested a couple of pressure plates the other day. I liked the way the centerforce feels best. Gotta drive it to tell for sure. Also an ACT performance street disc (should be grabby but still quite streetable)

Then threw on a "new old stock" FC waterpump and a new FB thermostat. I had to tap threads in the alt bracket hole to hold a 10mm x 1.5 bolt and slightly enlarge the hole in the bracket to allow the bolt to pass through, to make it work on a 1st gen engine.

Removed fuel tank to add an AN-8 pickup for the new fuel system and replaced the clutch slave cylinder. Now back to the canvas to make some money I go.

Opened the mailbox and saw that my shift **** was delivered.
But I can't put it on until I get my short shifter delivered and then installed.
Damnit Memorials Day! UPS doesn't deliver today .

Finished plugging and blocking off all remaining vac and emissions on my lim, then installed. Finished cleaning up the water pump and housing and installed that as well as a new T-stat ans J-spec aluminum waterneck. Anyone know what size the little tube coming out the back of the water pump housing is? I need to plug and or block it too. The old one was leaking and rotten. I managed to get it out but totally mangled it in the process.

nope, She fucked my **** up, My cars are my 2nd most important possestions. I care about them both equally. I do realize it was on accedent but I don't need any more accedents. I'd rather not be replacing the interior, I'd rather be putting money into building it up. I want to get a suspention on both my cars asap, I'm getting Rtek next week, so I'm gonna be set for awhile as far as engine management goes, and I got almost all the problems my car had worked out. My FB needs it more, but the T2 has some warn parts that I'd like to upgrade.

It also might not of been on accident, You know how women are.
