I'm sure jason and mike have some stuff too.

driver side fender is a definite. quite possibly everything related to the mechanics of making the driver side light go up and down including the manual screw ****. the plastics and whatnot is pushed in so far that i can't get to the **** and get my headlight up so i can drive at night.

so i have 1 headlight up and the other light shining through the FTP hole.

good thing the designers decided to put a hole there.

dude, a well built/balanced 2.0 is not garbage at all.. good power all the way up to redline with a good bit of nice torque curve tossed in from almost idle to redline.
my jetta could pull 5th gear from 30mph to 120mph without breaking a sweat (granted it was mostly the gearing, but whatever)
it have only 8 valves bud, it garbage 2.0

I had 2 of the 2.0 vw engines. Utter ****. Now if you had the 2.0 16v on the older cars, that was a decent motor.

not really .. meaning that it's not cracked. it basically looks "deformed" because all the screws and whatnot are still together. so it's like it's keeping its shape because of that. whether or not once i unscrew everything and it goes back to the original shape is another story.

No way!!!!
the 16valves were ****, too peaky, not enough low-end... you really had to get into those engines until they made some power... the 8 valve could rev happily all the way upto the 7k redline (had my revlimiter relocated so I could get off cleaner shifts and to stay in a lower gear around faster corners).
That engine would pull smoothly to 7krpm.

I can imagine being there when people are working on their cars... The ADD'll kick in and I'll never get anything done. Just wandering around aimlessly, randomly joining conversations, and oogling ****.

"According to Phil, he says, “I’m sorry to say I have seen my shadow today.” The alternative would have been an early spring — if he didn’t spot the shadow. Thousands on hand in Punxsutawney booed as the furry prognosticator indicated six more weeks of winter."

its kind of sad when you boo at a RODENT for just standing there

The sad thing is that's USUALLY what happens to everyone that hangs out at the garage... lol, too many people doing stuff and asking for help usually, so everyone just wanders about till they can get it or just to see what everyone else is doing because they're tired of trying to fix the damn problem on their own car...

dude, having subwoofers for wheels would be awesome the wiring would be a bit tricky though... and it would suck if you hit a curb or something.

What about subwoofer wheels with mid-range spinners in the middle.

wiring would be easy ... rotor mounted 2 stream commutator...

now keeping it from gettin all fucked up when wet or salty is another problem

and you could have a grille over the speaker to help that curbing problem
