hey...i should be home in time to actually make that for ONCE. I graduate Jan 12th and should be home that weekend.

 

Hrmm... Dropped the oil pan plug in the FD on the way to work today. Noticed oil pressure was dropping and pulled over only to notice a rainbow trail behind my car leading up to where I was parked. At first I thought I must have lost an oil cooler clip or burst an oil line but a new plug and 3.5 quarts of new oil later... everything is still ok (except for my water pump which started going a few days prior).

The water pump thing is weird though. The water loss rate is so slow that I'm amazed I even picked up on it. With the car running, I see a single drop of water fall from the water pump once every 1 minute 22 seconds. Based on that and a few other things I've ruled the FD safe to continue to drive until my new water pump gets here which is supposed to be either tomorrow or monday.

REALLY?! ive lived in Severna Park for 7 years now and the only 7's i knew of were the white FC near the high school and the silver FD that a kid my age owned but i never see it anymore. and this town is SMALL.

do you know where in severna park he lives?

Two things I'm wondering:

1) Does anyone know anyone who can fix a ninteenth century violin?

2) Does anyone know anyone who is selling a four seater car for cheep (Or willing to trade for mounds of RX-7 parts) ?

 

For the violin, I can recommend 3 places. The professional musicians I know use these and have been happy with their work. You can tell them you were referred through the Virginia Chamber Orchestra. Happy new year and good luck.

I think I know where the owner of the silver FD lives, in Annapolis, off St. Margarets. I forget the road name but I could find it on a map. If it's the same one, his dad has a lot of money and buys him stuff like that. Last I heard that FD wasn't running because he blew something on it...

I don't know where "rxheven" lives, I've seen him at the 7-11 by Jumpers Hole and Benfeild and at the Wachovia on Ritchie Hwy. by McKinsey Rd. He used to work west of there so I would see him every day on rt32 but he said he changed back to a former job and doesn't drive that way anymore.

I've only lived in the area for about 1 and a half years but I was working in Severna Park all summer, installing and repairing cable for comcast, so I would be driving around all day, plenty of chances to spot 7's.

PS- if you see an old comcast van driving around that area (used to be white, now more of a beige) with the number 606 on it, that's me. =)
