Yeah, both do... If I sell one I'd probably throw the other in for like 400 bucks as a parts car. One doesn't run due to simple fuel issues. I say simple, despite the fact that I don't know what it is. I know it's just a fuel thing tho because I have tested everything to arrive at that conclusion. probably just needs a new relay or something simple like that. Both are 5 speed manual. They both have 5lug sport suspension. The running one has the complete suspension from a TII and custom chrome rims.

The running/driving (and better looking one) I would like to get about 1200. Or maybe 1500 for both... not 100% sure if I'm gonna sell them, but this is just sort of a "feeler" kinda deal. One of them is destined to get a megasquirt ... so maybe I should do that before selling them, or just for an extra 300 give the new owner a rain-check.

I also have a racing beat header and pre-silencer sitting in my garage ready for install. I'd throw those in too for a little extra.

That's about all I know. If anyone want's pictures to look at in the hopes that I'll decide to sell them for sure, just lemme know.

Hey all. Don't know my actual ship out date yet. But I do know that I'm in line for the JAG school. So its looking sweet.

There is a Vert for sale on Forrest Drive in annapolis. Black on black but I don't know the price. If someone is interested I'll get more info.

Does anyone have a MS for sale. and whats the price? Need one to get my turbo running. Its so close...just fuel pump and computer and PRESTO!!

If you had to ask if there's a rev limiter, you're not even close to hitting it in 5th gear. If you want to increase your top speed, add a turbo or do an engine swap

 

if the gearing is the problem, adding a turbo or a different engine (with the same tranny) wouldn't help any.... but with an S4 NA I seriously doubt you're going to be going fast enough to need to over ride it. I've been up to 130 in my TII and I was still a ways away from the redline, not to mention the rev limiter.

If you want to redline in 5th gear just get 4.60 gears in you rear end. I am not sure why the NA guys don't drop their gear ratio more. Its the easiest way to gain acceleration with a small HP numbers

He wants to go faster in 5th gear (i.e. higher top speed). Changing gears may get him an extra mph or two, but the only way he will ever go faster than that is to add power and/or lower the coefficient of drag. (by a substantial amount in either case)
