Why not DIY? Sounds easy enough, save for maybe mounting the dual oil coolers...

it isn't too much the oil coolers, i only have the core of the intercooler and i need custom piping. so, i thought why not kill two birds and do them at the same time?i can't tig unless someone is willing to help out... i'm all for hands-on

but i am also debating swaping in a slightly larger turbo... grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

(Yeah, OK, quoting myself probably isn't cool )

Anyway, Got the 'vert back - they did a real nice job on the new paint. I think it's a little less orange than the factory color, but I'm still happy with it. Now my ragged out rag top REALLY needs replacing!

RPM Fabrications. Highly recommend them. When I go solid rear in my FC track car (yea, yea, IF I do it) Harry is going to be getting the job without a doubt. Right across the street from BWI airport. Tell him I sent you, he'll take care of you.

for temporary im staying off of 103/104 junction and one of my friends places near umbc... until i can get situated. Crash i'll be sure to hit you up.... whats a good time.
i'm not going to swap in a much larger turbo, i want to adventually increase my low end and moderately extend the high end. still researching the proper size turbo.
i have a micro tech i haven't even installed yet.

HAHAHA! The 'vert has come to life! 9:30 exactly! Big thanks to Ken's work too, but we still have a few kinks to work out, especially with all the equiptment having been upgraded . . .

trying to build a TII Rx7. I have a motor, but according to Jason its not worth being Rebuilt cause the oil and coolant was really nasty. And Who knows what condition the inside is like......

Congratz Jason!

Anyone know what my boost is going to be like with a FCD with a non-ported S5 turbo wastegate - i was told the S5 turbo wastegate had solved the problem that the S4 had...

I don't have any intention of blowing up my motor anytime soon...

It's up to you guys! Me personally, I'm going to the garage cuz I want to get my TII on the road.

I'm going to head over to his place afterwards and help him pull the engine.
