another update:

foudn out why the boost did not go any higher then 12psi...
in the AVCR, the start boost settings for 4th and 5th gear were at -40%, so that explains it!

set everything properly and i am now running 16psi all the way to 7500-8000rpm

seriously mate...your's and the hayward rotary FC of the team green project lately are mine insperation to my project, i got great ideas for it, unfortenatly i don't have much time and income to create my own project, i don't have lack of ideas but have lack of resources, and here in Portugal its' a nightmare...the economy and not the only thing is bullsh*t, but that's not important...anyway, of all of the FC's that i saw on the web, in here at the forum and in person, like i previously said it your's and the hayward rotary are my favorite, and i got some pics of your fc in my mobile and in the laptop at the desktop i opened a topic of my fc at the "introduce yourself", it's totally stock but still it's one of a kind for me.

keep up the good work...(btw that pic with the graffiti eye behind your FC is awsome just love it...the only thing that i ad it there maybe was a sakura tree)

cheers.

Dude Furb! Its like your starting all over again from scratch.

So what kind of oil cooling setup are you going with? Thats one thing I have to work on, on my own car. When I've gone to the Nurburgring or Hockenheim my oil temps would be well into the 240's and then my water temps would start to creep up.

engine is almost clean, so i can start building again this week.

parts ordered and on their way:

- Davies Craig EWP115 electric waterpump with digital controller (no thermostat needed anymore)
- RotaryWorks waterpump adapter
- RotaryWorks FD intake pipe
- Rotary Aviation OMP adapter
- 2x B&M oilcooler incl AN fitment stuff

going to modify the radiator and intercooler to adjust it to my needs

today was another productive day...

first i fitted a greddy compression tube and some piping to an FD, also adjusted his boostcontroller a bit.. made him a happy man!
i sold the Greddy compression tube because it bends towards the center of the car and this will be a problem with my v-mount.
i found that the RotaryWorks intake tube is straight, so i think that one will be perfect!

then i went back to work on the FC
replaced the seal in the front cover and LIM waterpassage o-rings because they were leaking.

got the engine all nice and clean and starting to build

was fiddling with my intake an throttlebody
removed the centerpiece of the UIM, as they aren't even separated in the TB all the way.
BEFORE

AFTER

flowed the inlet side of the throttle body, removed a lot a material here.
BEFORE (don't have any better pics of it)

AFTER
