I took Friday off work because it was my Bday and I wanted to film the car getting sprayed. However, I wound up spending too much time with my girl and wasn't able to make it down to the shop.

The shop called me just before noon on Friday to let me know the car was in the booth and ready to rock. I knew I wasn't going to be able to make it there to film it so I told them to spray away. I will be stopping by the shop Monday morning.

I am talking to Juice about his car, which I quite like, and would like to see be the best it can be, and yes that would be my opinion of best, but without giving it he might not ever get an idea that didn't occur to him. Its just a fun process and jesus dude, re-*******-lax.
If you're so intelligent, why don't you do your own work and take out that message asking for BDC to do work for you in your sig, before you make them look bad.

Can't wait to see pics of the paint.

Well, because I work about 80 hours a week smartass, and I live in a brand new neighborhood that the homeowners association have very strict rules about what can and can't be done. While I AM building a 2 car garage in the back yard, I cannot use or have an engine hoist inside the front of the house, so until that is done I am SOL. In addition to each of these things I do not have all of tools to properly rebuild a short block to my satisfaction.

I don't need bdc to do my brakes or anything even remotely simple, so stfu in short.

This is the reason why I cannot do most of the work on my car. People like numb nuts in post #444 can't seem to wrap their heads around that. People around where I live would call and complain if I so much as pulled an IC coupler from under the hood while the car sat in the driveway.

I stopped by the shop earlier.

Pics when I get home in a couple hours.

Lord almighty, for the last time:

1. I have been JOKING with juice the entire time.
2. He KNOWS this.
3. its called SATIRE, ROASTING, IRONY look these things up if you do not understand what I am getting at, lots of people make GOOD money using these comedic techniques so get off my nuts, please.

As far as Brian ignoring me who knows, I have known Brian for a LONG time and he is a weird dude, he will tell you this himself, secondly when I did get an answer he said he was SUPER backed up on work and would get with me, don't know if that backup is solved yet or not, last i looked on his page there were cars being worked on all the way up to a week ago via pictures, again who knows.

Sorry for the delay folks!

<object width="425" height="350"> <param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/9uQNYs67TL8"> </param> <embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/9uQNYs67TL8" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="350"> </embed> </object>

We put the hood down and rolled the car outside to get a look at it in the sun. It was so awesome I drooled and stared but did not take pictures before we rolled it back into the shop so they could keep working on it. They are going over the door jams etc again, thats why theres tape in those areas. Spoilers & mirrors still need to be painted.

New windshield goes in tomorrow. The car has not been wet sanded or buffed yet. The body shop owner is going to buff it for 2 days himself. He wants to let the paint cure a little more before he starts buffing on Wednesday\Thursday. So the next update will probably be Friday. The car should hopefully be done the following week some time.
