In reply to both of you, I just send him a PM on the forum. I told him where my battery is located, and where I planned on mounting the coils. He will do the rest

I should be able to make some big leaps and bounds in the progress department this weekend, I'll be sure to post some updates.

Anti surge 1.0.. and I'm assuming this is the BB version as well? Can't wait to see spool times, your opinion vs the 6265 and what she makes on a dyno (Hopefully!).
Sticking with 93 still?

Gratz on the new toy

Yea man you're spot on. I'm anticipating nothing but good things out of this bad boy.

I managed to get the coils mounted. Here's a little pic.

I'm just waiting for more things to show up in the mail and I should be firing this car up soon. I've lost my patience.

Heat shield. Check. Couple more things to be done and it's sitting back in the car.

Just grabbed a sheet of aluminium and took some measurements. I also bought some self adhesive heat barrier or whatever you'd like to call it. It turned out nice!

Well...I thought my car was going to start today. Prime the oil system, prime the fuel pumps and check for leaks. Coast is clear.

I get in and push the clutch in, smiling ear to ******* ear...POP goes the wedge collar.

After all the time spent on this build this go around...that is the last thing I wanted to hear.

I'll probably go with ACT's Monoloc Wedge Collar since I have to pull the transmission now anyway...

...it never ends.

Here is a picture of the engine bay, not quite finalized but pretty much finished up. I'm going to make a duct for the intake filter and seal it in and one more heat shield.
