My PT6265 build...

what ebc did you end up going with then? Its funny because I hate GTR's but then when I thought to myself...what modern sports car would I choose if I had a choice... It was a toss up between 2013 BMW M3 coupe or the GTR haha. I think I hate them because rich people purchase them....show up to meets and nothing else matters besides the fact that they own the gtr.. Even the gay carbon fiber trim that cost them $3500 extra from the factory.
I went with a Gizmo EBC (Gizzmo electronics Pty Ltd, specialists in performance ecu upgrades/chips, dyno tuning, performance products including launch controllers, shiftlamps, vtec controllers, boost controllers, IBC, MSIBC, CAMFC, phenolic gaskets, apexi, apex, aftermarket ). I did a solid nights of trying to dig up bad reviews about it, but nothing came up. They also have other versions with 'Boost By Gear' etc etc. Everyone seems to be pleased with them
The GTR is a monster, probably the best bang for the buck next to the Corvette in my eyes. It's easy to work on as well

Wow...I haven't updated this in ages. It looks like some of my pictures are missing as well, that sucks.
A. Lot. Has. Changed.
I'm not sure what has led to all of this...it started with buying new pair of new Tial MVR's. Then as part of winter maintenance I was investigating my suspension being that my front left shock felt blown as hell. It turns out I had 3 blown coilovers....Thanks D2! I replaced them with a set of AutoEXE coilovers and I am more than impressed.
Then came the widebody/carbon fiber/ccw cleanup straight out of left field
Here are a few pics, I'll try to keep some updates rollin when I dig up more pictures.
I ended up taking the wheels apart and stripped the paint...They deserve a nice new paint job, and some fresh ARP hardware.

I'm anxious to see your car back on the road with the new turbo setup!

Man, this build is awesome! I'm about to crack open my engine and I've been running through these thoughts in my head (6766 / V-Mount / Water Injection) and stumbled upon this thread tonight. Can't wait to see where this goes next. Such a badass setup!
I must have missed this earlier in the thread, but what were you using to tune?

Appreciate it! Make sure you keep those thoughts tamed otherwise you'll end up with a 3 rotor and some empty pockets
I'm currently running the PFC+Datalogit combo and it has served me quite well. There's some other options that I've been throwing around if I decide to go E85 but nothing in the immediate future.

I have a class at 8am tomorrow morning and stumbled across your build and couldn't stop reading! Such a sick build and you've deff put that 6766 idea in my head now, cant wait to see how everything turns out. This cars done just right, and like Jake said cant wait to see those door panels and some power numbers/turbo response.

I finally had the car out today in some beautiful 70 degree weather, we've had a couple weeks of upper 90 degree temps and 100% humidity so the car never moved much. I've done a couple more things to the car since the last update so I'll throw some pics in here. The car isn't finished of course because I'm picky about things, I'll try and get some pics up of the door panels soon, I still need to install the speakers...soon though
First off, I finally got around to replacing the rear differential bushings, which of course out of all the times this car goes under the knife...doing the rear diff bushings is one of the things I dreaded most. After watching a friend do it in a little under an hour I felt confident I could tackle it. It turned out to be one of the easiest things I've done on the car, and changed the fuel filter while I was under there, not a drop of fuel even hit the floor. What gives.
As you can see my factory bushings kicked the bucket a long time ago..I have no idea where the pictures went with the new bushings installed.
Some how or another I ended up buying headlights. I couldn't pass up the HWL's. I still need to aim the lights and get everything adjusted, but I'm pleased overall.
I took a couple pictures with the phone while I was out today. I need to make some ducting for the v-mount and get the speakers installed, then I hope to get some professional shots taken.

I'll have to put some updates in here soon, I haven't made many changes since getting the widebody done. Of course it's winter time now so that means it's time to make some changes. I have a lot going on at once so it should be a good picture dump
Here is a nice fall picture I took to help carry me through winter
