Note to self: Make sure the PCV is on the right direction....No wonder my boost controller was giving me a hissy fit.

I feel like an idiot.

I do have one more piece ordered from Shine Auto though Which yet again pushed the water injection back another couple weeks. I couldn't pass up the chance though. Next update will have some solid pictures and some video hopefully.

Got the rear diffuser and I'm very pleased with it. Shine Auto was very easy to do business with. Here are a few shots. I'm waiting for a nice sunny day.

That's what I like to hear Get some videos up or something I haven't had the chance to feel it yet with the boost turned up since I haven't bought the water injection yet, but right now I'm looking for 1600cc injectors etc etc to get some more fuel, I want to be in the 23-25psi area with h2o 850/1600cc for fuel.

What are you running for you?

I don't have any video of it at full boost. I do have a video of it's first tune with the new exhaust (PFS built me a 4" exhaust from the DP back) and no A/I. I had the retune w/o A/I done in anticipation of driving up to New Jersey to have the HFS-3/Summer unit installed at the Aquamist dealer there.

Will you be going with the ID injectors? I've heard nothing but great things about them and would have gotten them except that I had JUST purchased new injectors right before word came out that they were producing 1680cc ones.

At 13.5psi (no A/I) it made 404whp, at 19.5psi (with 50/50 water/meth) it made 469whp/370tq. This thing's a MONSTER with the PT6265, the boost comes on hard between 3.5-3.8krpms and stays there through redline. I'll see if I can get some video of highway pulls from inside the car. Trust me, once your Water Injection system is in there and you run a higher boost, you WILL be impressed!

For now, here's the (cell phone) dyno vid.

Yea Ill probably go with the 2000's and buy a KG rail. I need to hunt down a set of 550's as well. 850/1300 will be going up for sale. Then I'll figure out what spacers and seals I'll need to get all of that plugged in.

I'm gonna buy the CoolingMist Smart Injection since they have a pretty sweet deal going on with it, it'll give me room to expand later on in the future.

After I get those 2 things installed and getting the boost up in the 21-23psi area I'm sure I'll be more than pleased given your numbers! 15psi(no AI) has put a smile on my face every time I drive the car regardless. I took a break on building/modifying the car for a bit, and drove the ***** off of it through the fall months, with no hiccups to boot.

Since I can feel winter blowing up my shorts I'm sure I'll find in the garage with my little space heater getting the ball rolling on all this. Post up some more videos when you get em

Why not use 850 primaries? Mine idles fine with them.

Dude, I BET you're enjoying the non-AI at 15psi ^_^ I was making just over 400whp at just under 14psi. I bet you embarrass the local MOPAR fanboy's on the regular =)

As I get more (cell phone) videos I'll be sure to share them with ya!

Thanks Barban =) Yeah, I kinda lucked out and snatched up the A-Spec front in England when it came off a car from Japan. Finally it's got the power to back up the look =P

Yea I may stick with 850s, it'll be one less thing I have to buy. This car seems to get quite the slap in the *** over winter though, I may end up going for E85. There's so many routes you can go with these cars you can never make up your damn mind!! I have a feeling the hood could go through some changes, wouldn't mind some StopTechs either. All great ideas for Santa

I want 23psi and a very very tight cornhole when I step on the gas...that's all it really comes down to.

Ill be waiting for some videos on your end

Here's so more recent photos

Have you looked into RacingBrake? They make kits for the front and rear on FDs that work like a charm! I've got their kit for the rear, and the Wilwood 6 piston kit in the front.

Either way, you're DEF gunna enjoy the results at that level!! Is your motor streetported? I can't remember of the top of my head.

Unfortunately there won't be any videos for a little while... She's down for a rebuild right now. I caught a bad tune this summer and the apex seals on my rear housing got warped. Over Thanksgiving a side seal on my front housing cracked adding to the problem.

On the promising side... the response and power I was getting at 19psi will only be better with a healthy motor! The same should apply to your motor =)

I believe my setup is identical to yours pretty much, you have a 4" exhaust though. My motor has a PFS streetport and 3mm seals.

What symptoms did you experience with warped/cracks seals?

Cool cool, You'll make damned good power then!

Symptoms wise, the compression in the rear housing dropped from the apex seals, and I was getting a pretty good amount of blowby from the side seal.

Overall the only thing I really noticed on a day to day basis was the blowby and having to coax it to start once it was up to temps.

Otherwise everything was good, the side seal going out in earnest was a deal breaker though. Thankfully there was zero damage to the housings/irons/rotors, I'll just get my rotors clearanced and housings refurbished (just to be safe) then go to town once again.

Here is a pic of the extent of the damage. One rotor, one side seal, when it went it took a bit of another side seal with it, but that's it.

Washed the car today and put a good tank a gas in it to hold it over for the winter. It'll be my third winter with the car. It has taken everything I can throw at it up to this point, seems pretty reliable to me!(knock on wood)

Bought some fuel and water injection to start things off for Winter III.

Finally getting around to getting some work done on it, just had to order some random stuff, I managed to break a diffuser when I was pulling it out and chopping the legs off, luckily ol HC had some sitting around for me.
