It hasnt changed much since the last time.

2 jets. 1100cc jet and 500cc jet. 150psi cooling mist pump

the car simply has a mildport. Probably different to most but definitely no bridge.

factory inlet manifolds. ill put up an engine bay pic soon. I have put one before but a few things have changed since.

australia uses ron octane rating , so there 98 octane is our ( northamerica ) 93 octane .

cliffs: australia uses ron rating , northamerica uses (ron+mon)/2

so basically 98---93 etc

On boost the tune is silky smooth. But on cruise. Lets just say Microtech and 1700cc primaries and 4 bar map sensor, you dont get a smooth drive.

In the long term the car will get a haltech platinum 2000 when funds allow it. Also then the injectors will change as well to something that atomises better at low rpm.

Good ******* show.

These are the highest pump/water numbers I've seen personally! I've always loved your pre turbo setup, its inspired the one I have in the works at the moment lol

Do you know the TQ at that horsepower? TQ scaling on the graph doesn't show the peak.

Yeh i forgot to readjust the torque graph.

But on the 703 run it made roughly 730 foot pound of torque. I cant remember where exactly.

So tell me what the secret is to tuning a car on preturbo water injection? Congrats by the way, that is awesome!

Ps. Are you using any special atomizer to keep the mist, preturbo, nice and fine?

It mists very well on its own. The only water injection i have personally seen atomise better then the coolingmist jets im using is the RICE RACING water injection kit.
And when i look back at it now. His kits are miles better then any other kit i have seen. Any customer car that comes in now gets a rice kit. Their cheap. VERY EFFECTIVE and atomise perfectly.

And as for tuning. I dont know about any secret. But from what i have learnt. Dont get greedy. Set your tuning limits before you start and dont break them. I.e very very conservative timing map and lots of fuel.

Dont tune for maximum hp. Tune for safest tune. ANd what ever hp it makes is how you make it reliable.

Also QUALITY spark plugs are a big deal. Up until i seen the greddy/trust plugs the egvs were not lasting long, and was loosing tips off the plug.

R7420 10.5 ULTIMATE PLUG.

Thanks for the awesome info man! So you just tune with the same timing and same fuel curve you would a standard car off of water injection then? Also do you guys run with just max flow when the pump kicks on or do you guys vary at all? I would imagine that with pre turbo injection it's just on and off. Anyways again man thanks for the info, and again too bad you aren't in the states

edit: one more question if you don't mind answering. At what psi does your water injection turn on?

Ps. do you sell those plugs at your shop?
