is the FD setup preferable to lights meant to fit the FC directly? We are considering an FC specific kit but we would need a good amount of interest before taking it any further. These lights are probably the best option for actual effective lighting for the FD that has ever hit the market. It makes sense that there are at least a few people that want good night visibility.... and still retain the pop-up function.

Just a small update to keep you guys in the loop. We have the majority of the headlights housings on the way and the Projectors, bulbs and ballasts have been ordered

I'd also like to thank everyone for making prompt payments so we could make this happen!

We're on it... parts are just taking longer than we had expected unfortunately. I've got 21 sets of housings here, all the various other parts, and a box-o-projectors is in the mail on the way to me now, and should be here in just a number of days.

That's the good news.

The bad news:
We've cleared out our vendors of housings, and are trying to locate the last 9 now. What this means is a temporary hold on the last 9 units until we get more housings. Hopefully this wont take too long, and we still have 21 sets to build now, but we're working on getting the rest of the housings now.

So that's the latest update from the elves in Santa's workshop... hopefully Christmas wont come late this year

If you're still planning to ship what you do have in hand and I fall within that group, I'm willing to fall to the bottom since I'm not in any rush. If I was part of the last nine that paid, then I guess it's a moot point.

Whoever gets theirs sooner due to that just owes me then.
