11.31 @ 129mph on STREET TYRES

Just ran a 11.31@129mph on street tyres , with a terriable 2.5 60ft time missed out on a ten due to no grip in first or second gear.
This is on my new FD Hks T04R, my old engine will be going in shortly

I have attached a pic of the start of the race

i'm new to the thread and just bought my first rx7. just wondering what times i should run with these mods:Apexi Power FC, full exhaust, intake, both turbos wired together at 8psi, and upgrades fuel pump.

P.S. sorry for the stupid question, just wondering what to expect when i get the car to the track

With those mods and a competent driver, I'd probably look for 12.7-12.9@109-110mph on street tires with about a 1.9-2.0 60 foot time. Track elevation and condition will ultimately decide your results though.

OOPS! You're totally right. I thought it was going to be at stock boost levels but at 8psi then yes, a 13.0-13.3 would be exactly what I would be looking for if the car were mine.

~10psi on a stock FD. It can fluctuate almost a half of a psi, depending on elevation and the state of your turbo system(i.e. vac hoses, actuators, etc).

12.9 112.5 MPH 2.25 60'
12.7 113.5 MPH 2.15 60'

First time I had been to the strip. Non Seq 14psi, usual bolt ons, PFC, and my special tune. Hopefully I can run a 12.5 with this setup before the single goes on with some wider wheels and tires.

What's the fastest quarter mile time for a 1.3 liter RX 7? We have one in Pensacola Florida that puts out 550 HORSPOWER. No Kidding.

13.4@107.5mph, 2.21 60'

hot air intake, PFS intercooler, DP, high flow cat, RB dual tip, knightsports turbos, PFC on a really rich map,10psi, a little bit more fuel and some big, heavy wheels.

Hope to be in the 115+ range after Steve Kan tunes the car.

I'd like to leave the high flow cat in for day-to-day emissions purposes, but the more I think about what my goal is, the more I realize that it's probably not possible to reach my goal with the cat in place.

swapping back to factory rims will definitely help your trap speed.

You can get there with a high flow cat. Just do something about that 2.1, 60 foot time.

Stock wheels and ET Streets.
