For the rears you're going to want a 10-15mm spacer, for the fronts possibly the same, but you might be best to try them first without to see what kind of clearance you'll need, since you're going to want it as high offset as possible (close to the suspension) to clear the fenders.

Fronts will need to be spaced out at least 21mm to clear suspension components. You will need overfenders / roll&flare to clear the tire with 0 camber. If you run a wider tire you will need more pull.

Rears will do just fine with the size of tire you're running, with only a roll

Your rear tires may not be 275's, but here's something with a somewhat similar offset and width.

17x9 +22 and 17x10 +18 on an fc with coilovers and a healthy fender roll/ pull?
could also go 17x10 +38. planning on running 235/40/17 azenis in the front and 255/40/17 azenis in the rear. some negative camber is fine as the car isn't a daily ... thanks for the help.

for stock body, i'd go with the higher offset. you can always add spacer, but you cant take away...
this is assuming you want to run wide tires.

It will most likely interfere with the coils on the suspension. You'll need spacers for sure - the size of which depends on how big a flare you go with/ overfenders.

Coilovers will help clear that setup.

They will fit perfectly. A member Deltr0n from teamfc3s.org had a set of Volk GT-N's in 18x9 front and 18x10 rear in +25 all around, 235/40 up front and 265/35 in the rear. All stock suspension/fenders, no spacers, no fender rolling/pulling:

Sickest fitment ever, I wish I would've bought them when I had a chance...

Johnson, I've been meaning to ask. How do you like your stance gr pros? (at the same time, I want to verify that they do fit without any effort with stock TII rims)

So two say I need coilovers and another says they will fit just fine. lol. I can get them for fairly cheap and they are on a slammed 240 right now.
Here is a pic of the rims on the 240

so maybe go with a 17x9 +35 and a 17x10 +38 in the rear just to be safe?

I'm running 30mm front and rear fenders and looking to run:

18x10 + 25 with 265/35/18's all the way around.

Do you think this will work? Keep in mind this is for a road course car, not a hellaflush cruiser.

They're pretty decent for the price you pay, keeps my car planted nicely on the track. If you want some measure of comfort, get the 8kg/6kg spring rates or revalve for 7/5 if you want it softer. They bolt right up no problem - there are no fitment issues with stock wheels.

+25 or lower is needed in order to keep the wheel from rubbing on the coils, the rears should be fine if a skinnier tire is used, otherwise there will be rubbing on the trailing arm resulting from sidewall flex under cornering.

17x9 +24 up front:

Will these fit within the stock fenders? Will I need spacers? Does anyone have pictures of wheels with these specs installed on an fc? Also what tire sizes should I run if I plan to do a 1 or 1.5 inch drop? I tried to follow what RETed said to run but the offsets of these are a little off. Also not sure what the hub sizes mean? Can anyone help? I hope they'll still work! Thanks guys!

Front: ROTA Wheel Torque 17x8 (5x114.3+35mm, 73 Hub)

Rear: ROTA Wheel Torque 17x9 (5x114.3+30mm, 67.1 Hub)

Picture is just a reference of how awesome they look!
