Not yet. I think he's afraid . Seriously, we've had a nonstop flow of motor jobs, no time for fun. Compared to the last setup? Keep in mind I also switched to a bigger 4 inch full exhaust, GZLIM, new fuel system, new ic, and new power fc map at the same time, so it's kinda tough to compare. But, this setup at 15 psi feels like the BNRs did at 19 psi

Would using 3.5" instead of 3" down pipe back piping offset the pressure increase of the smaller turbine snail?

Just shoot me a email about this stuff. PM's are killing me right now!!

Pump gas 93 octane. NO auxiliary injection. I do believe they had a beefy ignition system on the car but I don't know all the details.

Yes it was a pump tune, no AI, couple of crane boxes. That is it, nothing real fancy just solid portwork combined with a good overall setup.

I'm pretty sure Sean has already sold and shipped some FC kits already. If you're wanting to order one PM him or email him(Best way) and he'll get you taken care of.

My car is done, we are just waiting on a oil temp sensor for my Blitz i-Color, which should be in by the end of this week. Dyno numbers will come, patience young grasshopper.

Sean-

With the 500r, at 30 psi on a large street ported 13brew, where would you estimate whp ?

Also, what's the highest PSI you know of dyno'd to date and how much did it put down? THanks!

So I noticed you had a price listed of $3699 for the kit. But with your other kits your priced it different for the FC and FD. Also for the FC does this use the same turbo manifold as in your gt35rt4 kit? Also is it required to run a 4" turboback? I have a 3" installed right now but obliviously I would have to use the downpipe included in your kit. Would it be affected if I took it down to 3" at the midpipe or should I just run straight 4"?

^^I can tell you that you don't need to run a 4 inch turboback. The kit comes with a 3 inch downpipe---the bigger diameter ones are optional/extra.

From what I've been told, 30 psi is about the most you want to run on a 500R, and should be good for at least 600 rwhp, all othe parameters being maximized. I think the 503 at 20 psi is the best dyno run so far.......

Sean,

So 500R with 0.82, Surge, Full Ceramic and possibly reroute.
Few Questions;

1) Would it be advantageous to run an inline oil filter to the turbo to minimize particulates getting into the ball bearing housing? I was think something like this - http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/produc...pcode=BAITOF31 or this http://www.pegasusautoracing.com/pro...p?Product=3217

2)Major benefits with running reroute?

3)Would it be possible to equip my kit with the new Synapse Engineering wastegate instead of the Tial unit that comes standard?

1)Do you want to take my CC info over the phone or by email?

Thanks,

Adam

So, I finally got my 500R installed and tuned. Thought I would share.
Don't have all the details yet as I'm picking up the car on Sat.
But, at 12psi my car put down 350wrhp.
The tuner couldn't turn up the boost (I was shooting for 14psi) because my car was overheating (I have a GTC bumper and no undertray). Now I need to get an undertray fabricated and maybe some duct work and turn up the boost
This was also on stock ports. I have almost everything else upgraded: 1000cc primaries, 1600cc secondaries, fuel pump, intercooler, radiator, microtech, bosch coils, etc. The only thing I don't have that I can recall off the top of my head is an aftermarket ignition.

Just wanted to thank Sean and the guys at A-Spec for being available throughout the install process.

^Feels pretty good even at 12 psi eh?

I'm running 12psi on mine right now and my FC is putting down 383rwhp. I have a crane box and a microtec X4 ignition setup.

i was also interested in the synapse engineering WG along with this. by thier videos, it appears that the tial WG and the Synapse WG are identical in structure.
