Ok I mounted my turbo on my car but the outlet is pointed to the right side towards the water pump.
How do I rotate comp housing do I just loosen the bolts and turn it??
I really am so afraid to even touch it myself, should I seek professional or can I do this myself?

Loosen the bolts on the comp side.. do not remove them, then mount the turbo on the manifold and rotate it to your desired position. AFter you have your position hand tight one of the bolts so that the housing doesnt mover while you remove the turbo and completely tighten all the remaining bolts. Its really easy and straight forward.

Ok I see mThanks
I will do just that tomorrow
Another thing that bugs me is the center housing( I believe my oil drain port is pointing upwards and feed is at the bottom) What can I do to put them in their proper position??
Is it as easy as comp housing

Smaller port is the feed and larger is drain. If its realy pointing downward then changing that around is same procedure as comp housing, only you do it on the turbine housing..

Is this enough Gasolina????

I installed my primary injector fuel rail, I kept the stock 550's which are brand new and stock fuel rail. I was looking into getting secondary (1300's) injectors and fuel rail from KGparts. I know alot of people are running similar set-up but my question is Does the primary fuel rail need any modifications in order to install new fittings and SS fuel lines??
Do I need to keep FPD (pulsation dampener)?

Anyone have pics of similar set-up so I can get a clear picture?

I had to cut alot of the inside of my stock bumper in order for it to fit but it looks really good. I still need to vertically mount my KOYO radiator in order to get my I/C piping done.

WTB: HKS cast manifold & brackets to mount my rad. vertically

I decided not to use the ebay manifold I dont even want to risk it.

Looks like its coming along a little bit at a time.
So you decided not to risk the ebay manifold eh? well the HKS cast will do the job fine and dandy, just not shiny and bling bling, who cares, its how well it works in the end anyways.

Keep up the progress photos

I have a T04S HKS 60-1 1.00A/R from japan, and having problems with my FC.

getting Sync error on the motec
the HKS cast manifold is great , the GT1 35MM HKS wastegate SUX *** thou wont let us run more then 18psi boost.
we are changing it to a 45MM GReddy wastegate with screamer pipe too
this should let us run 25psi safely and reliably without boost drops..

we only managed to get 300rwhp with his tune thou.. dont know why, i think the wiring is done wrong on the cdi units causing the sync error on startup
or it could be the CAS..

what do 1.00A/R T04S 60-1 turbo's make on stock ported cars @ 18psi.. does anyone know the average' joe's power claim?

i am thinking 350rwhp with stock Throttle body, ports with 3" exhaust

300hp sounds way off.. must be the wiring?

Yeah, those numbers are really low specially for 18psi. Are you sure the turbo's good? You'd probably make close to if not 400rwhp with that turbo @18-20psi.

when the turbo was pulled apart, it was very good condition.. no shaft play, oil leaks etc etc.spins freely.

we had to customly modifed a 3"v-band on it thou.. not sure if that made a differc(dbout it )
I will see how we go tomorow on the dyno..

after we start it , it reads SYNC error on the MoTeC... what do you think this could be? wiring or CAS? ??? whats good timing to set the car @?

a t04s 60-1 is a pretty big compressor...

i'd say it should be making around 450whp@18psi

Yeah that would be nice to know where you got your DP made?
I would assume it would have to be a good welder to weld V-band and make a nice looking DP for 60-1

Anyone have pics???
