A detailed look at the most advanced long runner turbo manifold available for RX7's.

Hey guys,

I wanted to make available this PDF we've put together for everyone to take a peek at if it interests them. Would love to have some discussion or even answer questions.

We're proud of this product, and we have spend so much time perfecting it to be the way we want it. It's all in the small details, and we're boarder line arrogant about them. 321 stainless, billet collectors, SO good. We have a lot of new shops getting on board too.

Another fact that's hard to look past is that this product is build by us, in Canada. That means anyone from the USA is buying these manifolds for 30% less, just for exchanging your money to canadian. It makes these manifolds obnoxiously affordable, even more than they are already.

I've attached the PDF in this post, and here's a link to the Vendor section that is a quicker view of all of the facts. Appreciate all the support in the last few months!

The question came up if this manifold will fit a 9180 with an xcessive LIM, and one of our shops have confirmed they do. Thanks for the feedback!

Our Billet Collectors are almost finished up and ready for a group buy. Machined from a solid block of 304 stainless. They give the ability to perfectly taper from the primaries to the T4 inlet, standard sch40 pipes taper is limited to it's own wall thickness. Billet is also twice as strong as any cast or welded collector, ever.

Our new CNC Ported and Tapered T4 flange will be ready at the same time, and is the new standard replacement welded option on all manifolds. These will flow very, very well.

Do you know the price of the collector and the ported flange yet?

Thanks,
Kevin

The ported flange will soon be standard on all of our manifolds, pricing will remain the same. Working on the billet series currently. I'll post it up when we're confident.

Correct, but if you need a collector built for a manifold I've done them for shops before. Pm me if I can help you.

The billet flange is a great idea, but I'm looking at that vagina area between the runners thinking "Gee, that will be fun to TIG". 1.5" of tungsten extension, a zillion CFM and a gas lens on a small WP17.

If you're particularly enamored, Prostreet Performance over here will sell you one with a pair of integrated wastegate runners...5 axis work looks like, not especially cheap.

Thanks Aaron! Absolutely right, 2" of stick out, a big fat Pyrex gas lense, and 35cfh . No prob!

If I'm making another T4 manifold, I'll definitely give it a try.

For those who don't want or need the Billet Collector, all non Billet Series Manifolds now come standard with 3D CNC flanges on both ends. Perfectly symmetrical, one pass weld, and high flow. This is a huge upgrade and we aren't changing the price at all. Still only $720 USD.

Here's some of the process of machining the S300 Series Borg Warner Turbos to accept a 3"vband setup, instead of the Marmon Flange. Included in all of our kits, and optional on all turbo sales.

Here's a time lapse of welding up some non-billet series Collectors. Lots of welding time into these manifolds.

I was looking at your stuff and it's like Artwork. Also was hunting around for a plumbed waste gate option and was sad to see you didn't.

Ah thanks a lot! We'll have a solution for rerouting soon enough, but we're still in the process of perfecting our current setup. Lots of people don't like the ewg noise, and that's completely understood.
