I dont know guys, I think the roads are starting to ice up some. There are already some accidents on the roads. Not to mention, it will be dark by the time the meet is over, so the roads will be even worse. Anybody have any thoughts?

 

I am gonna play it by ear, but I was just out in this crap for a little more than 45 minutes and can't feel my toes or ears. It is COLD.

If I see the weather holding up though I might still roll out. However, I think we need to plan on spending the evening inside Chargrill and not in the parking lot.

 

I hope we can all make it this afternoon.

 

I just talked to Ryan and Josh and we'll post pone the Montana Grill until next Saturday and it looks like we should postpone the drive-in until next Saturday as well. I'll show up at Char Grill at 5:00 and see who makes it but all the bridges and overpasses around here are already icing up and there is ice on the roads outside the tire tracks. Josh and Steve stay home and I'll see you next Saturday. I really don't want anyone to get out and get hurt or mess a car up. You may be able to get there but getting home after dark will be the major problem.

 

OOOOh test out a hot tub! Sweet! Not sure if I should go, since I am the only female in the group other than Josh's jailbait posse! Just kidding. A hot tub sounds really nice right about now with all this yucky cold-ness outside!

 

they canceled my SATs this morning because of the weather. I would come, because me and the RX-8 are enjoying the ice, but I'm not looking forward to spending all night on the interstate so I will catch up with you guys, in person, next time around.

Just a question, Would y'all like to move our winter Drive-In times earlier in the afternoon to give us more daylight and give everyone time to get home before it gets too cold? Would 2:00 or 3:00 pm be better for a get together? Please give me some feedback? We can start this Saturday if we can agree on a time otherwise we'll keep it at 5:00.

Yeah, earlyier sounds better. Does that mean we are having a meet this saturday?

 

Yes, we'll do this coming Saturday what we had planned for last Saturday. If we decide to move up the Drive_in to an earlier time then we'll have to decide on when to get together.

Since this is our first winter maybe we should decide to move the winter drive-ins up to daylight hours, it'll just depend on when is the best time for everyone. I'd be happy with starting the drive-in around 3:00 pm and go to 6:30pm or so.
