Saturdays In Raleigh, Nc
Yeah, was going to order a new fuel filter today, and I need to find a place to send my injectors to have them cleaned.
On a side note, it's good to have a spare car when you need one to go down for a couple of weeks for maintenance.

Polygamy is allowed in the rotary world. Owning a miata is like having a perverse relationship on the side, and in the closet, its not something you should mention when you're sober and something you do not want others to know about.

You're funny, I wish, lol. But yeah, Stina n I have been wondering where he's at. Had a couple questions for him myself. Still looking for any couples to carpool to nopi with us if anyones interested. And if Josh is alive let him know I'm ready to have my **** handed to me once he's up and running right
Bert, I'd love to go with y'all to the zoo...but I think I'm out to sea until the SECOND weekend in October...THEN I start my LAST vacation before leaving for the 6 monther
If I'm back in time I'm sure Stina and I will be down though...she'll prolly go even if I can't, lmao.

Not to mention, parts are a lot cheaper for them than RX7 Parts. But they are two different creatures, its not fair to compare them. I still wonder why Mazda never put the rotary in the Miata.
Pictures have been posted for the Drive-In from yesterday. Great turnout and a great time. The weather was perfect for an evening of rotary fellowship. It was good to see Rick and Jeremy back, and sad to see Steve at his last drive-in for awhile.
We got commitments for 13 RRDI shirts and if most RRDI members each order a shirt then we'll have enough to place an order. Anyone that wasn't at last night's meeting needs to post or PM me with your shirt size and if you want a long sleeve, or short sleeve, or how about one of each. I'll collect the money on 9/24 and place the order the following week. If you can't make the next drive-in then you can mail a check to me at Bert Riggsbee, 16124 New Light Road, Wake Forest, NC 27587. Everyone that ordered a GRR shirt in 04 will get the GRR deposit credited toward this shirt order.
Remember, if you weren't at the Drive-In last night, let me know how many shirts you want, what style, and what size you need.

hey people, sorry, i haven't been around.
just been busy with school and work.
really gas prices have scared me from driving the 7, but more than anything i have been down in charlotte for the past 2 weeks, for work.
hope all is going well. i am still trying to get the insurance thing solved for my rear bumper deal.

Yay! Josh is still alive!! Glad to know you're ok... we were worried.
I think Bert was more concerned that you turned on us and got a meeata.
Especially with the gas prices. haha
Anywho... We need two other people to go down to Nopi with us this weekend. We have a hotel already reserved, but if anyone is interested in saving some money and splitting gas/hotel costs, that would be great. I can't wait! Nopi! Wooo!

Can we somehow bump the Zoo trip to the weekend before or after?? David wants to come to a rotary event, but the weekend of the 2nd he is underway. Plus, a bunch of people might find it difficult to get two weekends off work in a row, since the Drive-In meets are before and after the Zoo trip.I'm gonna be able to go either way, but I was just thinking about some of our guys who work on the weekends, and of course... my boyfriend.

I didn't know that Charlotte doesn't have internet access. I'd thought a city as big as Charlotte would at least have dial up connection. We were all getting really worried about you not posting and not showing up at any of the drive-ins.
Speaking of no posts, has anyone heard from Ryan since he went to basic training? I thought about him this weekend when Doc Smith said he was thinking about selling his Comp Yellow R1. Ryan would look good wearing that FD.
My baby is now officially in the shop over at Capital Collision. I can't wait till it's fixed. I think it'll be sometime around Thursday. I'm contemplating taking it out to the drag strip (dunn-benson) and see what she can do. If anyone wants to go with me just PM me or give me a call on 757-5227.
The Apexi N1's are gone guys. I put in a 2.5" RacingBeat system. The car pulls much harder up top now because I don't have to use a resonator to keep it at a decent noise level. You'll get to see it at the next drive-in hopefully.
Just a heads up guys, I had my dates wrong for the VIR ROLEX 400 Grand AM Races, it's the weekend of the 8th and 9th. Here's the deal, a Sunday only ticket bought at the gate is 50 bucks, a 3 day ticket bought in advance is... 50 bucks. There will be qualifing, practices and a 2 1/2 race Saturday and then 3 races (one is 2 3/4 hours) Sunday. I'm going for the 3 day ticket and plant my butt on turns 3 and 4 for two days!

Anyways, just wanted to let you guys know that it'll only be another month or two before I start attending meets, and I'll be bringing a few more guys with me (and Jason of course)...
