It's that thing with all the tubes and colorful solenoids that sits on top of the engine and gives you better gas mileage and lower emissions.

Well, the prize is an 84/85 GSL rat's nest, an improvement over the 81-83 version in looks alone. You can just unplug the solenoids you don't need.

But don't throw it away, those things are going to be worth their weight in gold in 5 years.

Send me a mailing address.

Just kidding, we won't do you like we did Ray with the bold and what not.

In Firefox or Chrome, you can right click on a picture and select 'Copy Image Location' or 'Copy Image Source' and you get the link to the picture. Not sure how it works in Internet Explorer. Then you click this yellow square in the advanced post reply and paste that link in there.

Or just wrap image tags around the picture link. Make a [IMG] then put the picture link here then put a [/IMG].

A rear engine pick up truck. That actually went into production, with more than 10,000 sold. It sure was great to be alive in the '60's.

Mike, put a ported 12A in that project of yours and you might have something that will compete with Crit's REPU.

Here's some ideas for you:

Cool video, Ray.

Another cool Facebook find

I guess there is a lot of debate about e shaft flex and bearings put into the center irons what not. I don't know if the build is serious or not but it still looks pretty cool...

13B housings with 12A irons. That would be a 12.5A, right?

What if I grind down the 13B logo on the housings and replace it with a 12A logo?

Did you guys ever notice that if you ignore the highly stylized "R" on the Romney campaign posters and then swap the "O" and the "M" it spells "MONEY"?

Suppose that's the subliminal message the Romney people are trying to project?

MITT MONEY

well, after a looooooooong afternoon at pull a part I found a recently brought in 85 GSL That was absolutely perfect!!! Well i got to grab the leather seats and the door panels and the power window regulators. I'm picking up the power steering assembly for sam in the morning. Even the carpet is complete and PERFECT!! I know sam always says that everyone that gets crushed makes the value of these go up, but DAMN one this nice should never be there. It's a true shame to see just because the junk value went up, these old gals end up in the *******. Oh well my rant is complete and I will have pictures to show tomorrow.

Busy busy busy. Hey Mike, did you notice you are one short of 1K posts? You're catching up with me.

Mike I have those files as Corel Draw files and tiff files, I should be able to convert them to pdf's for printing sharper images than you can recover from the photobucket posts I made above. I'll get that done and bring some jump drive copies to the next OGTA meeting.

Which is coming up soon, 2-7-12.
