Good to know you made it home safely Tim. Of course you drive like an Old Lady, I don't think we got over the speed limit once on the way up to Jefferson.

Thanks for making the trip down!

I was just trying not to lose you Ray Besides there were cops all over that part of the highway.

I made it home in about 3 hours, averaging 80 mph most of the way.

Attendance

Sorry I could not make it last night. My partner and I have a "Real" architectural project and it's been tying me up. Will try to do better next time.

I hear you Greg, Holly and Kristy have started taking attendance lately. They already issued me a pink slip. You better be there next time.

Great to see you Tim. Glad you made the trip down, even if you couldn't drag any other rotorheads along. See you at B3R next.

I totally missed the .50 points. I did see I got 1 point though. I only put the cars and names on the list and gave it to Ray. Next time I will make sure to add up the points for him.

hey guys,
posted this in the for sale section but never hurts to have some local eyes on it so here goes:

still looking for an SA bumper so if you are local to me, please let me know if u've got one. there is one on ebay currently but doesn't look like it's in that great condition.

oh and a question, can the front metal trim piece from the SA bumper be removed? i'm assuming they all get rusty? thanks!

I'm an FB guy Fred, sorry can't help. But there must be some SA bumpers around, they're made out of cast iron and last forever.

Holly and Kristy, we have a new 12A Equivalence System!

Old School = 2.0 12A's or more, depending on the details
SA = 1.5 12A's
FB = 1.0 12A
FC (including PrePros) = 0.75 12A's
FD and FE = 0.5 12A's

The 12A Equivalency Subcommittee made these carefully considered changes at the Business Meeting this week, to adjust for the increasingly historic importance of all rotary powered vehicles.

Remember when you guys all raised your hands? That was the vote.

That's what I want to know. Because I know I can't afford it just now. I'm guessing $5-6,000, right around there. Let us know Alex.

If it's less than $3000, don't tell me.

The winning bid for the 13k mile RX-7 was $4,500. After winning, the highest bidder backed out (buyer remorse)

So the RX-7 is still there. They said they would sell the car for $4,500 out of auction if someone was interested.

Im wondering how much more would this car bring in an Ebay auction.

Nice car but $4,500 will go a lot further fixing up the White One, with a few extra thousand for the bank.

And a car that's been sitting that long could have some serious problems that they aren't letting on to, thus the auction instead of a regular sales or ebay.

On the other hand, if there aren't any serious problems $4,500 could buy somebody a very nice daily driver. Holly maybe?

What happend to Mike?

I know some of you have been wondering what happened to me. We are OK now and Michelle is on the mend. But, last Tuesday she was just this side of a heart attack, as a result of all the chemo she has had. It was a tough call, but I decided to stay at the ER instead of going to the OGTA meet. I knew you guys would understand. She spent most of last week in the hospital. She is home now and moving in the right direction, but we got a real scare.

Hope to see eveyone next month, you too Tim...

We certainly do understand, Mike. Glad you took care of Michelle first. I'm glad to hear she is back home. Let us know if we can do anything.

Ditto Mike. If we can help with food, chores, errands, anything, just send a pm. Give Michelle a hug for all of us.
