Old guys with 12As club meeting
I'm sure some of you have read these articles, but I just came across them and they're pretty cool. I saw an RX2, FB, FC, and FD.

That was definitely over the top Greg, if it's not on UTube, don't post it. Where do you find that stuff?
Here's a video of Brett when he was even younger:

Eh, no one cares about pro basketball. Worthless sport "played" by thugs.
College is good fun though.
Random question. Does anyone know what color my car is? That's a serious question. Like the actual color. My labels do not appear to be there anymore.

The paint code is on the plate on the firewall. Compare the code to this chart.

If it is a light silver, you probably have Sunbeam Silver. The other common silver is dark and is called Tornado Silver.

Nope, FB VINs can only tell you engine type and year. FC VINs can decode verts, manual-seatbelt coupes and auto seatbelt coupes as well as year, and FD VINs are little more than a serial number that'll give you the year.
I'm pretty sure it's the K3 silver. I looked at the door jambs, and the 3 labels I can still see under the hood. Nothing on any of those. 1 label on the door is unreadable, and my guess is that was the paint label
.
Be careful on that Blue Ridge run
. Don't get any tickets in the federally patrolled areas.

I need that one for the silver car Tim, my only spare passenger side fender is light beige, from the 84 GSL. But if you're trying to match K3 Silver you've got a chance, about half the FB's ever produced were painted K3 silver. I'll keep an eye out.
Basketball players are thugs, eh?

The problem Ray is you started driving the silver car. I was more for you putting the motor from the silver car into the white one and parting the silver one's body
. Or at least the fender
.
Hey, the hockey players keep their violence on the ice
. Not doing drive bys.

'Tis true, you don't want to know what those b'ball players do off the court.
If you want to see more of those hockey videos, google "hockey fight videos". The one I posted was mild. Good entertainment.
The White One to Silver One Transition was simple calculus Tim, 170,000 miles on the White One's chassis > 107,000 miles on the Silver One's chassis. Movin' on up.
Have you talked to Billy yet about one of those White One fenders? (I hear he's going to make a wide body out of it, so they might be extra). You can paint it imitation K3 (Rustoleum metalic silver) until you get around to painting the whole car.

I'm pretty sure I have some rustoleum silver metallic on the car already
. Too bad the person brushed it on.
Getting the "real" color paint though isn't very hard either though. So yeah, I don't really have a problem painting a fender. That's why I was looking for my code, to be able to just order something real close.

It was K3 when it was put on, problem is every single K3 FB ever produced has faded to a different shade of silver, or gray, as NC Tim would put it. If you're looking to match what you have, go to walmart and buy two or three different silver spay cans that look close, then experiment. That's what I did and settled on the rustoleum metallic silver.
