On a serious subject, we will need to reschedule this months meet. I don't know if you guys realize that it falls on Mother's Day. So we need to decide which Sunday we want to do it. We can do it this coming Sunday, but I don't think the weather is supposed to be nice. I think we should probably shoot for the following Sunday after Mother's Day. I decided to build another carb for the turbo FB. I don't know what was going on with the old one, but the new one is so much more responsive.

i used an exhaust donut for a 96-98 chevy 350 and it cured all my exhaust problems. kinda nice not smellin exhaust comin through the firewall for once.

I can't make it on the 18th, I have another scheduled meeting every 3rd Sunday that I have to go to. Can't make it this Sunday because the car is on the stands while I do some brake maintance this weekend and I have to do the wifes BMW control arms, bushings and brakes all around.

So I guess I'll be seeing you all on the 8th of June. Take a lot of video and pics for me guys. By then I may have my SA waffles refurbished with new shoes as well.

 

Will do Tim. I hate that you won't be able to make it seeing that you are one of the faithfull few. I need to get the exhaust leak taken care of the Turbo FB. Where the muffler shop tied on to my downpipe, there is about a one ich place on top of the pipe that didn't get welded. I just can't find time to run it back up there. Always something to do.........

 

i got the gasket and put it on but its still leaking soooo idk.. it feels like its coming from the manifold, its goin to muffler shop monday. : (
and about the meet i cant make it on the 18th but i get off work after 7..

by the way i was in winston on my bike yesterday and pulled a josh and followed a nice *** fd for 20 30 min. we stoped at a light n i just squized between him and another car, lol
