Well Ant you are looking at like 10-12 Hours of prep work, Pressing in the new bearing, and cleaning of the Rotors. File fiting all the new seals, man it is a good work out LOL. But puting the motor together only took like 45mins. And Michael that is a ACT 12pound steel, 245 turbo flywheel.

 

the rebuild kit was only 900.00 with the seals?

 

Actually build time isn't sh$t. It doesn't take any time to put one together. It's all the countless hours you spend cleaning, prepping, porting, yada, yada. I probably have a good week and a half in just porting those irons and housings, not including wire wheeling, shaving the sparkplug hole eyebrows, cleaning, etc.

 

Well what payed for my build is that I sold my 12abp and my 83 rx7 to a good friend, So the 12A bridgy still lives on LOL. Here is a video I took to day!!

 

Old girl still sounds healthy. Needs better exhaust, but hey, I'm just glad to see my porting being spread around. Now everyone can share the love

anyways finnaly getting the ball rolling on this insurance thing with the ol' rotary hauler after getting smashed up back in september hopefully with teh help of my new lawyer i will have things where they need to be. and the ol' vert will finnally get the attention she so desperatly need, with a heart transplant, what you think sam? hehe

Well to day I got my J spec T2 trans in. So now I can start degreesing it.
