It just had come out of the paint shop. The front bumper was not mounted but with 1 or 2 bolts. It is an awsome track car. He is currently building a 4 rotor for it It has/had a 13B PP in it last year, N/A.

 

I may have a driver as well. He will let me know( Used to have a gsl-SE),if that all falls thru i'll let you guys know. And NO I would not be paying for your gas. I would be providing a car to drive down. Kids these days want everything I swear!!!

Remember that RB SP exhaust setup, well its cleaned up and on the car.
Man it's a lot throatier than my previous exhaust and I think I have to
retune the carb as its seems a bit out of whack now.

That's pretty freakin insane! On a side note, most of guys know Rick from Melson's Auto. He has a mint '83 LE. ALL ORIGINAL! Original owner. He bought this car new in '83 from Montgomery Mazda in Charlotte. I revived the car from storage for him last fall. The clutch was acting up so I suggested that he let me replace it. Rick provided the parts, so all I have to charge him is labor. I was kind. I only charged him $300. Rick insisted that I would be the only to work on his car. He wanted it to be put back together exactly stock. Heat shields and all. So anyway, it's finished, and I snapped a few pics.

CMPD sucks *****.....they are treating 16 like the answer to all their budget problems....I was in traffic and got a ticket for 64 in a 45....the cop didnt even ask me if I knew why he pulled me...just said...the reason why I pulled you over was....what happened to the guessing game? I think maybe he was racist...

 

Too bad you weren't a bit more north on 16. I could get that ticket dropped for ya. But Mecklenburg doesn't deal at all with tickets. And you can never reduce it to improper equipment(o points) They are ***'s in the great state of Mecklenburg.

 

^^^^This is partly true. You can get the ticket reduced to within 5 mph over. Then it will not cost you any points. I was ticketed in Charlotte for 74 in a 55. I paid a lawer to get it reduced to 60 in a 55. No points. I picked up a little surprise for the BMW the other day. I think the old girl will appreciate this gift

Anthony that car looks soooo much better than the first time i saw it! its like a completely different car....

 

Pics look great Anthony. So does the TII. I never got a good look at Long's intercooler. Man that thing took a hard smack! Just glad that was all that really happened. After I deliver Ricks' LE, I will have $300 to order my apex seals. If anyone knows where I can find a BMW 1.8l or 1.9l exhaust manifold, I have a plan The factory manifolds on the Beamers were basically really nice headers. Anyways the tumors gone 24 staples later. I can drive again in a week.

The RX-7 has been at my dads shop in columbia, getting prepped for paint and is getting sprayed next weekend. 316 hp right now at 11 lb. i guess thats ok.

Still trying to figure out this starting issue and why i have to turn it 5 or 6 times before it finally turns over.

316 hp on stock turbo man o man yes I need to see this!!!!!!!!!!!!Take me for a ride.You sure that it wasn't 216hp?? A stock t2 s5 came with 190hp on 7psi. So you have gained over 100hp by 4psi more of boost. Lets see the Dyno sheet man. LOL But hey its all cool.

 

I dont believe it either, my dads been lookin on it for me while ive beeen in the hospital and he ported my wastegate finally! and with all my electronics its right around 300 at 11lb. my SAFCII and boost controller help out a lot. I wanted to see how far i could push the turbo in it. and ya s5 turbos can expand past 300 h.p.

 

I thought they maxed out at 250 with a street port and a crap load of other stuff...glad to hear all went well with the tumor thing....on to my bitch of the day...see above for speeding ticket...anyway, I was on the way home on my Busa after 2 hours of hard riding.....like 2 miles away from my house on 77...redlined 5th gear and the ****** shuts down...f1 light comes on...needless to say im parked on the side of 77 waiting on some tools for like and hour...BUSY section none the less b/t exit 79 and 82 in rock hill....its like 2 miles of straight road.....uphill of course, anyway, guess how many people stopped? ******* 0. none! not even a slow down...at least 50 bikes passed too....now I may be stupid, but every time I see someone on a bike broke down, I always stop...2 weeks ago I went to the store, boght a 2 liter soda and swapped the soada out for gas because I was on my bike and someone was broke down..when the guy tried to pay me, I said i was good that I would be broke down one day and he could help me out...where the **** was he? it would be like seeing someone with an rx7 broke down and not stopping for you guys...oh...and my boss at work...who also has a busa and never did **** at work...who I always took up his slack because we rode together and ****...giant knife right to the back..I was fired for performance issues...how is that possible when I was doing his job and mine? now I see how someone can go nuts and start on a killing spree...

 

oh, had to tow my bike home too..strap broke and I had to push the beast like a mile too....anyone know how to tell if your cursed or not?
