DJ, I have a complete set of stock aluminum wheels that have fairly new tires. They will fit any of the first gen 12A cars. They are the same wheels that are on Stu's car. If they would be something your interested in, give me a PM and I'll give you my number.

lick the goldbond eh? i believe you sir have some gay tendencies, which can only explain why you must have goldbond down there....so i guess that's kinda responding to your post...for future reference, if you ask if someone's interested in something, only those interested will respond, i right now can't cuz i'm broke, but maybe some other time we'll go to a bikini contest.

The turbo that is on my FB is a RAYJAY T67. And for now its not for sell, intell I go bigger, and that will be some time from now seeing how the way $ is tite.

dj, you know you cant put those wheels on your car right? did u buy a first gen? ooh ooh ooh i wanna see. anyways, i went for a ride in longs new toy, and OMFG that think is nasty.. i was TRYING to keep up, but that was a pipe dream. sam broke loose in second, got out of it twice and im ***** to the walls 8 grand shifting, and still cant catch up, it that says anything. its freaking rediculious. im next tho......

So Andre. You neglected to inform everyone that I was only running 12psi Like I told you before, get your parts together, and let the porting begin! You still haven't said what porting you want to go with. If you stay street ported, we can swap in factory TII computer, sensors, and rock on. If your willing to shell out some bucks, we can go bridge, but you will have to go stand alone.

 

On a different note, Long came by and picked up his car. I swear, he was freekin jizzin everywhere. He seemed to be just a bit happy now. At where my car is now, his will walk mine. Time to finish getting my bridge done...........

On a harsher note i need some help, ive got a vac leak somewhere I THINK. My turbo is sitting at 14 or 15 vac at idle is that right? Me and ant gutted my cat i just havent had my wastegate ported yet so i know there should be a little boost creep but now a vac effect. What u guys think?

 

Don't wait for that! That's when it gets expensive. Since Long has been so worried about that time he blew an oil cooler line, he told me he is going to replace the rotor bearings and possibly the stationary bearings also. Better to be safe than sorry I guess. I never heard this mystery sound that has him worried, but it's his engine, and I can't blame him. Alot of money tied up in that one. No sense in letting a $25 part ruin it.

On a side note, I'm not reusing anything in my bridge. It may take me a while to get all my parts together, but I'm not going to take any chances either. Only thing left right now is getting my apex seals and solid corners. This is freekin killing me not having the funds to finish this thing right NOW

 

I was about to say the same thing. Waiting for it to go completly is just dumb( not being mean,... Look at my engine ) I wiated when I "knew" when it spiked that it was a gonner, but 3 days later and it seized up the front rotor and destroyed a housing, rotor, 62-1 turbo, and alot of fun.

So if you think it may have popped, we need to have a mini meet at your place and do a comp test to see. If so , pull it NOW and get of cheap(er)

Sam, Waiting is the only way to do it. I just realized today I forgot to get my new rotor bearings as well,..Doh!!

Well the car stell runs GREAT but I like to be safe then sorry u no. So terr down tomorow and hope to have it done by next weekend

 

Thanks 4 the advice, I'll do some investigatin on it tomorrow when I get the time. It was driving like garbage last night, wouldn't spool and hesitating under boost so I figured the vacuum line to the top of the bov was split but I checked it and it seems fine so i'll do some more checking tomorrow.
