Dave any news on the truck??

 

wet-sanding it now. The door is sanded and awaiting buff. My gun got really dirty with goop when I mixed color in a cup that still had old clear in it and I did not realize it. The result was sludge started spitting out of my gun. I am still cleaning it so I can get you truck outa here. The old door is off the truck. The glass from the new door is out and I am swapping in the old glass tomorrow.

With a liitle bit of modding on the Nikki (and jetting), you can run a bridgeport. A real FULL bridgeport. Just look up 680rwhp. He is running a 12A bridgeport blowthrough with a nikki and clipped 680 rwhp. Now that's boosted. Just NA, I imagine you could hit about 170ish rwhp

 

On a side not, me and Long pulled the diff on his FB and welded the spiders in it. Aint nothing like a full posi. I think we had more fun today in his bridge than the turbo FB. We had to go and mark our terittory down the street

Whoever designed the front brake system for the FB that requires you to remove the suspension/steering components just to get the bottom pad retainer bolts off. should be strung up by their ***** and electricuted, ( afterall, BUSH and Co. says that is NOT torture so it shouldn't be that bad) Just to allow the rotor to be replaced. fukin stupid. makes me wabnt to sell the FB just for that. no kidding. I can't stand retarded engineering on the most basic system on the vehicle.. If someone knows something I don't on this topic that will help keep me from selling this POS chime in.

Gave an sti and an MR2 a nice view of my tail lights yesterday. 3rd and 4th gear pulls on 85-S and just left them, at one point I left off for the mr-2 cuz I didn't think he was racing, talked to him later he said he was full throttle at 14psi... gotta love these 7's.

Any news on the seals Dave?

p.s. wouldn't happen to have my exhaust hanger liein around your garage somewhere? These flames feel like they're trying to rip the exhaust completely off, its ridiculous
