I love 6 port experiments. The porting turned out pretty damn good. After Ito's little video of his 6 port bridge spanking a TII, I figured it might be worth checking out.

Speaking of paint jobs, I just inherited a '91 Jeep Cherokee that is in dire need of some paint. The old girl doesn't have a dent anywhere. It's just the clear is coming off and paint is starting to get thin on top. Hint, hint

well, ill get there around two...but the practice runs start around 6:30 and the races start around 7:30 so i would say try to get there around 6:30-7ish

 

Hey Dave, how your weekends lookin? Think I can stop by next weekend to pick up my seals and other miscellaneous parts as well as see what type of extra door parts you have layin around??

 

I am talking with my parts guy today about other parts. I will grab a rear hatch seal and a windscreen seal for ya. They won't be here till next week though since it is Friday already.All the extra l;ittle bits for your car are in a group on the shelf.

Door parts,.. All i will have is maybe a clip that broke on yours. I only have the handle I replaced on our FC.

Sunday I am booked in the paint booth all day, so I will not be around much.Monday will be somewhat the same. I have alot to get done this weekend.

 

Ordering all needed parts to get the FD back up and running today Happy I am !!

No confusion, I need it gone and the room back
Laying down final primer in the next 20 minutes. Then if it is nice later tonight spraying the door with color and clear on the "inside" Then I need to mount it to the truck and spray the fender and exterior door together Maybe Sat evening if it is not raining. That door had been damaged before as when I sanded it down dents and dings appeared Hopefully it fits good. Also why I am not color spraying it yet. I want to fit it first to make sure it is OK after finding the little things.

Just as I finished typing a huge clap of thunder boomed telling me I suck!!

Where is Pauls shop at in Mooresville? I am heading to rotorsports now for a housing and need to order some turbo parts as well.

 

Cool cool, I've got all summer so whatever free weekend you have I'll bring her back to her second home . I'll try to do some more investigating on my doors before I come by too, but just let me know how much the seals come out to and I'll have it ready then.

 

Just got back from rotorsports. Came home with 2 "like new" FD housings for just a little more than 1 costs new. For what I am doing they will work great I think. Bryan was going to use them in his engine for a project down the road and had forgotten about them.

He has a lot of **** going on over there rite now. a few customers in need of paint even ,, licking my lips

He has a REPU he wants rid of for 1200.00 bucks if anyone is intrested.

So, is anyone up for getting together for a quick bite before we head down to the track? If anyone needs to get ahold of me, give me a call. The screen on my phone screwed up today, so I can't even make a call if do not remember someones number. It may be a couple of weeks before I can get a replacement phone. Cory, if the weather is crappy before the racing starts, do they race anyway? If they cancel it, what do we want to do?

 

it depends on how crappy....if its a downpour then ya they probably will cancel, but if its just a drizzle then they will race
