I'm cool. Just kinda weirded out that someone would take just wheels that aren't worth their weight in scarp and don't fit on anything but a first gen. Lookin at pickin up a couple RX-3s that we found a while ago on the way to TGPR. Had been talking to REspeed about buying the rustier of the two so they can fab up parts for those cars. I've talked to him about sending him a strut of ours.

We're trying to upgrade to TII brakes/rotors so we can get some stopping power on the car. We put in a s4 NA into it with megasquirt. I wired all that up and had it running in time for Crow Mountain last october. I stayed on the dyno at Static X motorsports just about all day. I tuned while Jeff (their in house tuner) ran the dyno and gave me tips. It's a quality shop. I think Sk8world Dyno'd his FD there. Red, single turbo, running stupid boost, and making retarded power.

I haven't been too active recently because I drove my mom's WRX wagon for about a year. Exhaust and tune making 215awhp which is just a bit less than a stock STi. Just picked up a 99 miata for Autocross and my new daily driver.. Trying to sell my 88 vert. Working part time going to school full time.

Not a whole hell of a lot

what's going on with you?

WOW! Sounds cool about the RX3.. I just got my Duece running.. but it needs some major work (suspension, tires, etc).

Besides that, I'm trying to put my blk FD together for DGRR 2008.

Let me know what you come up with on the RX3.. SPO is wanting to get a roll bar put on his 3 and such..

haha .. and only more to come! Clutch was slipping up top while on the dyno. With more tuning in the works and new clutch I hope to get close to 580-600 this spring.

Phil, I'm running Summit Racing AN-6 SS braided hose and their black anodized fittings. Good quality for a good price. I'm also running Walbro 255 fuel pump, Aeromotive FPR and a DEFI fuel pressure gauge with 850/1200 injectors. I basically followed the stock fuel flow route but mounted the FPR on the front of the UIM where the boost control solenoids once were. I had to fabricate and weld a bracket to mount it to accommodate the fuel pressure sending unit. I will take a few pics of my setup when I get a chance.

get the an wrench! MAkes for a cleaner install not guaged fittings like mine!! I just used line from local performance shop (-6) . I am currently running 1 rx7.com pump and one wal"crap"bro. Running 2 bulk head fittings with 2 -6 feeds up front. Running a rx7.com big relay to turn pumps on. USing the stock relay to turn the big relay on that is run of heavey guage directly from battery. one feed goes to primary rail via 1000cc inj and the other goes to secondary via 1680's. Then to regulator back on stock return line. Works like a charm but runs crazy rich at idle (10.5 afr's). You turn the key and it better start pretty fast or it will flood out... Only changes in plan are another rx7.com pump and -8 return line. Oh and clean my inline filters!

Also considering going with a FJO water/ meth kit. Just not sure yet. I like the smell of leaded 110+......

No, I just used an adjustable wrench and was very careful not to damage the fittings.

Noise or gas fumes? Fumes were bad I guess since I was running very rich (10.15) from 5500rpm to 7000rpm. I started having some small stumbles due to being so rich. I plan to pull a good bit out to get in the high 11's afr.

Well Glade to hear baby and wife are doing fine. Congrats.

The Transmission is nearly complete now. I have to order a few more parts from Ray next week, but hope to finish my first rebuild by the 7 of Feb. It has proved very interesting. Phill I believe I can put yours together now. Drop me a line.

Congrats Mike! We only have a few more weeks to go... a few more on the car as well, but I'm not real concerned about it at the moment. I'll just finish it when I can.

finally got the film footage from static X. Thanks to them for doing this as I forgot my camera. This is the 22.5 psi (504rwhp pull). Notice how the graph was going and how early I let out. This was also running WHY to fat. More to come by spring!!

no, I cant.. He faxed them to me and I do not have a scanner anymore. But you may be able to pull it of the video as it is posted at the end. One thing I did notice is he just put up my top pull against the only 2 videos he took. So I doubt they actually go together. I did make more tourque on the last pull (405lb) but let off too early again and it was about 30rwhp above the dyno shown until I let off.
