Well, you can go one of two ways. You can type in your own tags by replacing the ( and ) with [ and ] in the following:

(QUOTE)(i)Originally posted by 5 point whoa (/i)
(B)I'll try,Oh yeah, how do you quote more than one thing Ren, I have yet to figure a few things out! (/B)(/QUOTE)

You just have to remember to close out ALL the tags. I've made the mistake before of not using a close bold (/b) tag, and everything after the opening tag (b) was bold...

You can also use the "quote" button in the main reply screen, but you have to copy and paste. And, it doesn't show up all bold and with the "orignially posted by" stuff, but it wouldn't be hard for anyone to figure out. Give it a shot

Past 2 days? Try the past 2 years!! They are always having problems keeping this thing up and upgrading software to manage the amount of people in here.

an BTW, i think i am getting rid of the S10.

i got an offer to trade a guy for it.

he is goign to give me $3500 plus his 2000 For3d Lightning (with some work)...... seriously thinking about doing that. ..i sat down and ran some number last nite and i figured out that there is no way i coudl afford to have a all out drag truck. i have enough to pay for with the rx.

anyone got an opinion?

I say go for it, man, though by the time you read this, it will have already taken place Man, you don't waste any time making decisions, do you? Quite the impulse buyer... Take it easy, or you'll end up like me.

far from an impulse buyer. the guy has been talking to me for 3 weeks about it. but i never really even considered it till i actually saw his truck.

he had been telling me about it and i liek what he was telling me. but i am the kind of guy taht i believe what i see, not what i hear or read. and late last week he pulled up in the garage at skool and he even let me pull it in the shop and lift it and check it out.

so i cam home and started runnign numbers to see if it would be worth it. in total i have spend...get ready....$45k on my s10 (including the price i paid for it initally). and the lightnening is blue booked at $22-25k i believe. adn he was offering me $3500 CASH on top of the truck and i got to keep my nitrous system. so that is $25k for my truck. and i only kept my nitrous bottles in the truck.

hsi truck has the following work done to it:
-bored adn stroked with forged internals, convert it to roller lifters and roller rockers and put an agressive cam. then he ran out of money for a while. lol

-eibach springs

-baer brakes

-gutted cat

-soudn system (flip out alpine head unit, all factory speakers replaced with rockford fosgate units, 2 hx2 15inch woofer, 3 class d rockford amps, power block, 10 cd changer, 1.5 farad capacitor)

-stall converter (unsure of ratings on it)

-shift kit (remember, it is automatic)

-4.11 final drive

-18inch wheels (not sure of what kind but i am checking tire.com right now to try and find them)

-spray in bedliner

-i have a dyno sheet for it that says 423rwhp. gonna post it when i can find it again

and my S10 had:

YEAH RIGHT!!!!! you think i can sit down and list all of those mods!!! j/k, but seriously it had QUITE a few.

but all in all i am still a lil bittersweet about it, but i think it turned out in my favor.

but feel free tot rash talk me if ya want

Man, those are some interesting numbers. Looks like in the process of tuning for more power, he lost torque, which is to be expected. But he lost almost exactly as much torque as he gained hp.

You couldn't find a bigger pictue? That one's almost too small to read.

No need to kid, that's true. I've never ownerd a car that put over 200 to the ground until i was given this gvr4 for my 944t. I lost a lot of money on that, but I had the quicker car in the end, so it's all good
