Yeah I'm gonna post a vid link to one of my runs in a second. I was there for about 4 hours on Sat setting it up, and then today was there from 7-5. It sucks, I was in street mod and we didnt run till after 3. By then most of the spectators had left.

Well to keep the off topic postwhoring going, I met Ren last night at the SCRX-7 Club meet. We had a little chat about George. And I may not have a clue where the hell Roper is, but at some point this summer, I'm gonna drive up there, and I'm gonna find this goon.

Well Roper is this little tiny town. If you blink when you drive through, then you miss it. Right George??????

I have a few pictures of the porsche's, the new blue mini, and the green and purple mr2 that was haulin', but I cant get them to shrink small enough to post. I could only stay for a few minutes, it was killing me to sit and watch...I needed to be driving.

Yeah James, that asphault looked like it was horrible, was it as sandy and gravel covered as it looked from the sideline? I wish I could've seen you and your class run.

i think you have to actually hit post reply button, instead of the quick reply box.

Thanks!

Well I don't exactly work anymore. I moved to Tulsa about 7 or 8 months ago, bought a house, and go to a flight school. I call it my early retirement

The admins decided to change this option back to the way it originally was, in the efforts of readability and consideration of those on dialup. You now have to use the "Post Reply" button and check the "Show Signature" block.

East NC/SC meet?

Hey everyone!
Everyone here, in Charleston, was thinking of how cool it would be for all of us to meet up for a meet or two. Most of us drive 2nd gens and it looks like alot of you drive 3rd gens so it should be an interesting gathering. I was wondering, has anyone set anything up for April yet. Your thread is so long that I didn't read to see. Let me know...maybe we could all meet up. I think Ren mentioned something about forming an outer banks group. We're all about it !

Unfortunately this thread is pretty much an ongoing one from last year, that inhabits only a few people who actually post in it. But good luck Berry.

Well, I think alot of people check in now and then, not all of us are post ******. I have already been kicking the idea around of a Jacksonville NC meet in April. Just in the planing stages right now. I must admit I have been draging my own feet. The talk of meets comes and goes.

George I found a welder I might be getting for 300$ with a cool cart. I might be getting some money from my grandpa(that just paid 21,000 cash for a new truck) to help buy it. It's nice

Easily converts from gas to no-gas operation
8 ft. torch hose, operates from standard 120V outlet
Automatic thermal safety switch prevents overload
MIG welder uses solid-core wire (requires tank & shielding gas, sold separately)
Gasless welder uses self-shielding flux core wire ideal for welding in drafty areas
Welds thin 24 ga. sheet metal up to 3/16 in. steel for versatility/wide range of uses
Uses .024 and .030 in. solid core wire or .030 flux core wire
Accepts 4 to 8 in. spools - up to 12 lbs. of wire
5 -.023 contact tips, 5 -.030 contact tips, 5 .040 contact tips, starter spool of wire
MIG gun, face mask, starter wire spool, hammer/brush and welder cart included

is the spool of wire stored in the welder or in a spool gun on the end of the leads?
