Yeah Sublime, we'll definetly have to meet up. Maybe I'll have my clutch fixed , see if I can give your friends Jetta a run. I can keep up with my friends brand new Turbo Jetta. naw man im workin on it though! 87 gxl with a turbo II drivetrain (yes the WHOLE drivetrain differential transmission and all), brand new rebuilt and street ported engine (rebuilt just for me ) 89 interior in perfect condition. im getting it from kevin in TN at rotary resurrection! i cant wait, i just gotta find a good time for me and my dad to drive 4 hours to TN and have a look at it.

 

Dude sounds sweet. Probably a very clean car. I hear Kevin does some awesome work.

hey guys... i just got a car - not the one i was talking about before, its a 1989 GTU with an 88 engine. its ******* beautiful but i cant drive it yet cause it has illegal tags and no insurance and i dont have the title yet.... but sooooooon!!! heh it looks like a skyline... heh.....

OK everyone,

I know it's going to be getting cold soon, and the holidays are right around the corner. So I vote to start working on our next meet for this spring. Sometime in March would be good.

Spring sounds good...although one sooner would be nice, but hard to plan. My spring break is sometime in March...but I might be going to Hatteras with the Surf Club.

It's a good idea to plan this early, so we can plan everything else around it, instead of everyone trying to squeeze it in. Hopefully we'll have a good turn out.
