Nah, the FB is a GSL. If you've seen our autocross photos, it's that little white one. Well, they're all little... but you get the idea. And sorry, I hate kids, so that's a no on the first born child. However, you could probably get more than 4k for all those fresh organs.

I'm sure Cody probably knows someone. He does the Honda thing. Next autocross is in two weeks... July 13th at Pellissippi.

And A-cups, my FB is an '85.

Good. I'll be there. I think it's the first gen's turn this time. Afterall, it is the only car I own that still has usable tires on it.

It would only blow up if you overheated it. Which you probably would. But compressionwise, it's still got a lot of life in it. Which is why I'm firm on the price and not in a hurry to sell it. I'd be smarter to sell the TII, since I've put under 500 miles on it so far this year. It's not doing me that much good, but I'd miss it if I sold it.

Hey, I can get a full 15 mpg out of that bad boy, it's stock! Hell, I could probably do about as well as the Cheeto if I stayed off the boost, but that defeats the point of having a TII.

The vacuum leak boosted your gas mileage, Derrick! I'm gonna go out and poke some holes in my vac lines. Hypermiling, yeeeaaah! 24 is pretty damn good for a 7. Hell, ask Louis what his 8 does

I got over 20 mpg in the Cheeto last week. It's just hard to keep my foot out of it long enough.

well if it was an injector grommet then that leak was causing the fuel to atomize better, hence better mpg

You guys missed a great autocross in Chattanooga this weekend. The course was much larger the the one in Maryville. Plus each run was 2 laps. Had 2 nice straight aways. Very fun track. There was only 1 1st gen, a rx8 and my car there with rotarys. I had a good time the car handled very well motor ran good just need to inprove my skills. LOL. Hopefully some of you guys will make the next one.

I would've loved to have come, but I just got back from vacation and I'm trying to save up for a bike (while selling at least one of my cars). So I'm trying to avoid any more unnecessary expenses. Like autocross here in two weeks... which I can't avoid, because I'm obligated to race at Pellissippi events since it's my home turf.

Did they have the big wheel race? I'm curious how that went down. To tell the truth, that had me more tempted than the autocross itself.

As far as RX-8 mileage goes, Louis told me he was getting around 16mpg. Chris gets 18mpg in his, which is mostly highway. Mazda squeezed a lot of power out of those things, but not very efficiently.

well seeing as how i live paycheck to paycheck im sry to say but i wont at all miss that kinda mpg.. i got a civic now that will get me close to 30mpg, given it wont hang with a rx7 or most any car for that matter going up the dragon or on a straight away, but i sure as hell can fall down the dragon just as fast and it will be just as fun driving it on a autox course....

im just sad that i cant participate in any mazda games now
just cause i got a honda plz guys dont make me hang out with the honda kids

again, im always left out of social loops and critical information loops. I spent the last few weeks working and taking care of my grandmother. And spent all weekend out in knoxville and maryille, installing joeys new boost gauge/tidying up shoddy wiring, and then cleaning out josh's garage finally.

lol that was louie's 8, not chris's, I knew louie traded his vinyled up truck for the 8, but i was unaware of any of chris's actions since he traded the t2 for the truck.

Not Brillo... one of my friends. Some of you have met him, he was at the last autocross but he didn't compete. Has a silver 8 as well, just not the darker silver like Lou's.

I haven't heard from Brillo in forever. We need to get together when I get my bike. Speaking of that, time to go out looking again...
