Rtek Official Android Rtek Thread
How do I sign up for beta testing? I want to test this on my Pioneer AppRadio 2 using ARLiberator, would be nice to change things on the fly right on my dash screen with no wires to be seen. Hopefully we can test also to see how it displays on AppRadio 2 as well.
Also hoping that HKS is working on a new Camp system for Android use!

not really an update. just a port from what I have read so...probly not. but looks llike on the todo list. since they're porting so we can use new hardware now rtek can be around for awhile longer instead of being archaic and dieing with palm

Well this is the first time I've looked at the thread and I really hope that the people involved are able to get some updates and progress made on this idea. I think it would really advance the company and the ECU upgrade for 7 owners. I'll be getting an Rtek 2.1 within the next few weeks and will be signing up for the beta testing as well!
Me too! I just bought a new phone and I'm planning on installing my rtek soon! I'd rather start with the android platform than struggle with the palm or an emulator.
Sorry guys, having a hard time finding the time to get to it. I really want to , but rtek sales are way down and I need to spend my time with consulting projects that will pay the bills.

) to get into beta testing a Bt dongle for tuning. I am one of them
I'm up for beta testing as well (it's what I do for a living anyway) I just keep forgetting to get my ecu number to sign up for it lol.
I'm also planning on buying another Rtek in the next month or so

just buy one now. This is what keeps the funds coming in for them to keep going
on the upgrade.
Yeah it was one of the reasons I bought my first one back in the fall, figured it would give a nice little boost to the development fund
I'll have my second one done in the next few weeks, hopefully it helps!

To help fund further development -- how about this: collect a downpayment of $25 from everyone interested. This will be applied to the final purchase price when the dongle is released. Plus, as an incentive, all the funders get $5 off the final purchase price (or half-price shipping, etc.). The dollar amounts could be different, but you get the idea.
