electric water pump on the street
every now and again I want to drive my car on the street to meets and shows. It's legal and with the muffler it's not that loud, but I have a smaller radiator and electric water pump. anyone ever have any problems driving on the street with a similar set up?

It's a Meziere inline pump. I believe it flows at 20 GPM and I am using -16 hose and AN fittings on the Rxparts adapter. The radiator is the small aluminum half radiator you would find in a civic or most drag cars. It has a 12" electric fan and it get normal air flow to it. It's not blocked by a fuel cell or a closed off bumper.

You might want to consider what I did, go with some Evans NPG+ coolant. It has a much higher boiling temp and thus can be run at zero pressure in the cooling system, puts less strain on the E-pump and doesn't reduce flow as pressure goes up.

I have a friend that has an electric water pump made in Australia, davies craig I think, he drives all over and never has any issues, it was his daily driver for many years.

the davies craig pumps also have a digital pump and elec fan controller, it will keep your pump and fan running as if its a factory setup day in an out .
