Input on some of my first porting please
Ive been studying Judge ITO's porting threads and learning from some local roto heads that have been doing this for 30 years.
I started today with one of my bad housings- Praticing on the exhaust ports. All I did was remove the material to the stock outline, and then add back the 2mm bevil that surrounds the port. Remember first time here and im working with nothing but a dremal and some carbide bits.
I know its not perfect, I also know that I lopsided the port edges, ones not quite stock shape. But eh' for a first try, its not that bad IMO.

er that housing how bad is the mark/ gash in the center... looks nasty... on your primaries> I would slant the top more... more like 88integrals find some of his ports and you'll see....good for side seal. maybe aliitle on secondaries also... bevel/hand ssand the edges alot//some nice fine grit
Ah why are you in grants pass BDC?
And I will check the sides seals and stuff with a plexi rotor, thankfully I have about... 10ft of plexi laying around.
Cant wait to get this motor together.
