Just finished installing suspension bushings.

All bushings and pillow ***** are new.

The white bushings are Delrin Lube Groove bushings.

Inboard bushings on lower rear arms are Mazdaspeed.

Boots on ball joints are new.

The only old bits are the arms and the ball joints.

Thanks, it's a lot of work.

Remove suspension, bead blast, remove bushings, install bushings = quite a few hours.

Drove to work again, although since it was dry'ish I ran some logs on Hi boost setting +12.
Fuel maps need more work, running super rich under boost.
I know that is not that 'high' tho... eventually 15-16psi max.

Jkstill, I'm dreading installing a bushing kit in my FC, but it needs to be done. Your bushings look good! Did you have them pressed in or do it yourself?

And it just rolled over to 116K...

I believe he was doing it himself. I am building a 30-50ton press for doing several bushing kits.

I'll help you with the bushings. send me a PM or give me a call. what are you doing tomorrow? I could use some help, I've got to do my brakes, but I've got no one to help me bleed them, I also need to try and torque my turbo down and try and get it to leak less, probably not gonna help much. I've got a broken OEM gasket that may more for a bit. I want my **** perfect for the drive. I could probably talk Rob at pineapple out of a freebie gasket since I've blown out 2 in a month. Maybe, but I doubt it he may spot me a OEM one for a week till I can pay. they know me by name, and face. I'm a loyal customer, and plan on getting many of parts through them.

no that day was nice the next day it rained, it was fun. 10 PSI in the rain = lots of sliding. fishtailing every time I boosted 1st through 3rd.

Theres a window treatment called aquapell, or somthing like that. I'm pretty shure they do it at jiffylube for 20 bucks are somthing, but 100 times better than rain x. My buddy Will use to have his windsheild coated at the bigging of every winter. didn't even need the wipers unless it was monsooning out, but even wipers don't help that. I've never got it but when ever I got 20 extra bucks and actually think to do it I will. I wan't all my windows done, I wonder if they charge a ton for that. at least I only have 4.

Today, did the rear brakes at Nick_D_TII's place found out that you only need to remove 1 bolt and screw the calliper back in. thats a slick set up, thanks for the Nick. cursed my exhaust leak that keeps coming back, found out my engine and tranny mounts are complete junk. I can move the tranny side to side. washed it at my buddys work (Gas station) Damb she was dirty. I only cleaned her up, didn't get into the cracks and crevaces. It was dark and cold. and I was using the squigie and bucket.

I walked out to the shop, stared at the Black 93 with a single turbo and shook my head. Waiting on a part to be welded up.

Then I glanced at the Montego Blue car and drew up a rotisserie to build for it. I need to replace a panel in the back and the easiest thing to do is flip it over.

Did the bushings myself.

It is a bit of work, but I've learned to like doing things myself when possible.

See https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generation-specific-1993-2002-16/delrin-bushing-install-writeup-886034/ for more detail.

Working on the diff now.

That makes the bushings look easy.
