just took my son to help me work on a boat today, when leaving had a fun romp on the on ramp with a gray hired old man in a acura on the on ramp to 522 in redmond wa heading into seattle came up on him on the inside and got on it hard on the ramp. 7 got a little loose but held her ground, blow onto the freeway at 80...........the oldman was on it hard but had no chance. My kid was just saying kill him dad........so we did. got back to the house and just gave her a little lovin, a fresh wash and wax to show our love. old girl is still giving us some love.......gotta love a 1st gen.

Finally got here from San Diego

It's in really good shape. Peeled off the ugly butchered up tint, cleaned the glass up and mounted it. I don't care about the color right now. Just glad it made it here in one piece.

Plus my new clutch arrived from Mazdatrix.

i just can not figure out if I like those or not. Gah. Looks good on your car, though! I...drove my fb a whopping 3 miles today. needed pain meds :[

also installed the spark plugs from a FC into my leading ignition since i have a 2nd gen coil. debating doing the trailing also but don't know if i want to. guess it wouldn't hurt.

washed the FC and the wife and i took it to the coast monday and tuesday night. after a much needed little vacation we took hwy 34 back today. I LOVE THAT ROAD. normally we're in the wife's jeep cuz we're camping or something. this was the first time i've been able to drive the 7 out there and it was a blast. i even had two guys motorcycles pull over because they couldn't/wouldn't push the corners as hard as i was.

That's wonderful. It still doesn't matter. If it comes from the factory with a front plate you have to run it. And since every rx-7 came with a front license plate bracket, what do you think will happen? Try that one in court and see how well it works.

You seem mad. I like it.

This act applies to vehicle registrations that are due or become due on or after August 1, 2011.

May I ask where it says, except for vehicles that have stock front plate mounts? I am pretty sure this was specifically written for people that HAVE front plates and don't want to run it because of reasons above.

Ran my car for 2 years so far without front plates anyways. XD

I think in Oregon we have to run front plates regardless, because of the whole making us put tags up there also. I just moved mine as close to the bottom of the car as possible. It'll be a good snow plow next winter.

My dad ended up throwing some drywall anchors at me and told me to put my plate on with that. That was about 4 years ago and its still held on. They're the white ones that you put a screw inside of.

New wheels, Work VS-XX 18x8.5 and 18x10.5. Bought a new fender roller, good thing too, otherwise these would not have fit.

Installed two 3 way switches to control my 2 speed Taurus fan. Up is "auto" where it is controlled by ECU like normal, middle if off, and down is manual on. LEDs light up when it is in auto also so I know what fan is on even if my helmet is on. I like how this turned out.
