Replaced one way valves, couplers, hose clamps, zip tied vac lines, and installed Koni Yellows with Eibach's for Mike's 94 Silver FD. Car is bloody fast now!

Didn't make the Taco7 meet today, instead I decided to work on the interior a little. Found some vinyl that matches the Rx8 seats perfectly. It's called Cinnamon Whisper, online they sell it to cover poker tables and the like. About $20 a yard, have enough left over I'm going to be able to re-do shift and brake covers and then some.

Thanks! Was much easier than I thought. Did this today, Thanks to Joe for the free rotor, clock face was like $8 shipped. Wife just rolled her eyes. I love it. Much cooler than a pristine powder coated off the shelf rotor. This one has character.

did you get the slim fan or the thick one? what size engine did the taurus have? when i did it i bought the wrong size the first time, lol. if you pick n pulled it, just exchange it! i went from it hitting to having about an inch of space between the fan and the pulley. remember to grab a 30 amp relay while you're at the scrap yard, 90% of fords use them!

i worked on my strut bar today, couldn't find a smaller alternator belt, though, so it's still not mounted.

If someone knows where I can find a rotor to build the clock with, let me know. That's a pretty cool idea. But I might take apart a clock and weld a ring of numbers to mount around the rotor.

yes i did. still an inch short, fan motor is touching the pulley. have a plan in place to cut the front rad mounting shroud down to get my clearance. also found a really cool electronic fan controller with a probe not sender to run the fan, I need it to be a no brainer for my kid when he starts driving it.
