CO FC Intake help needed

I have successfully replaced my factory exhaust and am now seeking information on how to bypass my mass air sensor box behind the intake filter. I have no problem removing it altogether. help

get a standalone ECU and you can remove the AFM.
Other than that it is required and can't be taken out of the Equation.

And if it is prohibitively expensive would there be a way for me to just relocate the box in the intake system?

#1 question: depending on what you want ECU wise it can vary. The MegaSquirt is a decently priced Aftermarket Ecu.
I went Haltech but went "all out" on that..( about 2k).You can get an E6k fairly cheap used( about 6-800).
Relocating the AFM?..maybe,but you still have to make sure that the thing is placed correctly so that it can operate the flapper inside right.
On an N/A there is not a lot of room to really relocate it.
I had my AFM on my Turbo on my TII setup attached by a Coupler.

Unless I sucked enough metal off the car like I owed it money, never would a ford handle like a mazda. I don't have any time left for purism. I got pretty bored with my turbo before I blew it up, so the only loyalty I show now is to power to weight to dollar ratio. Zoom zoom and heil wankel
