Got another Lusbian here I just got a 89 GXL last week and am starting to get the body work done and some of the little stuff fixed.
Im a BIG DSM guy but have always wanted a rotary after hanging out with Dave(fd3boost) and a couple of the other local calvert guys in the past. And thanks to craigslist and some poor unknowledged sap i got halfway decent version of one

Selling my 88 TII. Just don't drive it anymore and can't put the time into that I used to. Figured I'd post it for sale here as well as in the 7's for sale section.
In great running condition. I originally got this car as a project to have fun with at MIR. After putting quite a bit of time and money into it, my priorities got a little re-arranged and I can no longer afford to let it take up space and just sit in the garage.
126,000 original motor miles
Ran a 13.2 at MIR the end of the session last year on 14 psi.

• Ported the internal wastegate
• Rtek 1.7 chipped ecu
• 750cc secondary fuel injectors
• Walbro 255lph fuel pump
• Aem uego wideband
• 3 1/8 inch turbo back corksport power-sport exhaust (single exit)
• 3 inch turbo intake duct with HKS green mushroom top intake
• a/c, power steering, subzero coolant, rats nets, and charcoal canister removed
• corksport radiator cover
• Koenig countersteer r 16x7 wheels with 25mm offset
• ACV and EGR blocked off and air pump removed. Car is running without emissions
• Greddy RS blue top BOV
• Greddy Profec Spec B electronic boost controller (installed but I’m not actually using it to up the boost. It is currently running at a max boost of 14 psi, that’s all the stock turbo can take. I was planning on installing a BNR stage 1 turbo… haven’t gotten there yet)
• Have all the stock parts that I’ve taken off, including the stock wheels
• Centerforce Heavy Duty Pressure Plate
• MSD ignition (not installed)
• Aeromotive Fuel Pressure Regulator (not installed)
• RX-7 authentic car cover no rips

It Just Feels Right
Mine is sitting in the garage begging to be sold to a nicer owner. The engine is out, but I don't have the money/will power to replace it at the moment. Apex seal doesn't appear to be broken, but the compression is low on the front rotor. I'd like sell it for $6k. Know anybody looking for one?

It's a 93 R1 with 87K. Very good condition. Paint isn't great since it's original. I'm the second owner and I know the original owner. She babied it and never wrecked it. Engine went at 70k. It sat in her garage for 5 years. I bought it and put a reman in it. I put 17k on the reman when it developed the current problem. It's been in my garage for a year and a half. I took the engine out about a year ago. It needs motor mounts and an antenna. Other than that it's in great shape. There is one small cigarette burn hole in the drivers seat. Upgrades I put on it are Apexi intakes, Racing Beat dualies, ACT clutch, a high flow cat and a short shifter.
