Hey guys, I gotta get rid of alot of rx7 stuff that's in the garage. I know it's a long drive but no one local needs anything. If some one just wants to take it for good use or rummage through it come quickly otherwise i'll have to throw out alot of stuff. (check the sig for a brief list of what I got)

I have the passenger side s5 tail light. But only that one.

I just replaced my busted up tail light yesterday and damn do the S5 lights look good!

Damn boys. Today is a good day. My car is being inspected and i think it will finally pass! No more tickets!
And Scott hurry up and get your car fixed!

ya know it's amazing what a fresh set of spark plugs will do for your mileage
and on another note I finally got a new cat installed so the car no longer disappears into a cloud of smoke at start up

Are you all still alive?! So I went over to this guys place in the country today to check out a project FC I am considering purchasing. Its an 86 gxl, s5 jdm t2 swapped, and it seems that it just needs the harness and ecu to match it. I am skeptic about the internal engine parts though. Maybe one or two of you all could come check it out with me again? I was thinking I'll put some MMO in the plug holes, let it sit for a few hours, come back and try turning it over.
any takers!?

If the car is still there in August I will go out there with you. Booked up until then!

I think I spoke to this guy several months ago about this car, I saw him at Starbucks one Friday night.

Will the motor not turn over at all? If you can't get it to turn over by hand, I would not mess with it unless the price was appropriate for that car with a blown motor.

Also, after having searched through and troubleshot some electrical stuff with my car, it is not fun! Just my .02.

Dang Robin! why are you busy until August?! I didn't try to turn it over at the time. I suppose if I can get it to turn over after letting some MMO sit there for a bit, it should be fine correct?

I decided to go back to school. My summer class is over August 1stish.. Then I will have a month of what will feel like vacation.

The MML will break up some carbon that may have built up. I would say at best it may free up a apex or side seal that has seized.

But, even if you can turn it over, that does not mean anything. I had a TII motor with all three apex seals broken on the rear rotor that still ran surprisingly hard.

If you can get the motor to crank over by itself, take the bottom sparkplug out of each housing, one at a time. Crank it over and see if you hear the three even puffs. If they are strong and even for both rotors, I would say you are good. If not, pay accordingly.

If you can't crank it over with the key, I guess you have to take his word for it!

Don't mean to be a pessimist, I just don't want to see you taken for a ride, not the bad kind anyway!

Oh awesome, good stuff. Yea I figured some MMO sure can't hurt to try. There is no harness in there as of now, so I won't be able to attempt to crank it right?

Hey Guys-

Heads Up. I went to CAP today to look around for some misc. stuff. There are 2 FCs there, both with manual steering racks if anyone is interested. One is a base 4 lug, and the other is a 5 lug sport. The 5 lug still has the engine. There is also a 12a FB there as well.

a fully standalone t2 could easy make 300 flywheel hp so about 250-270whp. i just wanted the title to grab attention. i would never claim 300whp, but everyone knows its a damn quick car.
