Anyways congrats on the sale of the FD dave. I am looking at a FD in a few weeks I just cant sell the audi untill all the body shop and insurance stuff is straightened out.

 

I'm thinkin it is rebuild time, an agressive street port would be nice with some bigger injectors and a standalone of some sort (a bridgeport would be overkill imo though)

 

I'm thinkin I should wait to see what the problem is before I shoot my mouth off.
Twas the plastic thermostat housing (it's metal on the S4's) it developed about 1.5 inch crack the start spraying once the car is up to temp - so me will get new housing and thermostat.
Supposedly my new cats arrive today.

 

I'm still alive just been...all over the place. I'll be in Boston for another week however I'm moving to a new place in Stafford VA and it has a garage so more than likely if I come down for a meeting, I'll be driving a POS beater car. My current project is the fabled SE to TII conversion, only I'm stripping the entire car apart and rebuilding it from the ground up. Should be a fun summer/fall/winter project.

 

would be cheaper, faster, and easier to just buy a TII
watch the forum, there was a guy in Philly selling one for 2900

 

I'll sell my White t2 for 3500, I got it for 5600 from Rotary Resurrection 3 years ago with a rebuild engine. Needs new clutch. I got 5 cars, need to get rid of some.

 

what year is the T2? Also I doubt it cause I would like to rebuild the whole thing, it's less of a thing about money and more of wanting to rebuild the entire car.

last night i got pulled over again. the cop thought i was drunk and he told me that i was driving on the wrong side of the road and i swerved off the road.
i was pissed b/c i was in my lane the entire time. and then he told me that he pulled me over off of church road driving a friends car. i was like...no you didnt, he kept telling me he did.

it was cool though he didnt give me a ticket for not being inspected. but he was bummed that i didnt have my steering wheel cover on b/c that **** doesnt screw in after you remove it.

ps... anyone have a drivers side s5 tail light?

hahaha totally, however right now my car is in a sad state of repair, so maybe when the entire thing is taken apart I'll have peeps come over and visit, take pics of a 7's skeleton and then watch as I curse and swear and put the thing back together again.

not in the 7 though it still needs a new clutch master cylinder
and since it's supposed to rain later I guess I'll have to take the new car
