No.

Selling the TII is sad - it was/is a very clean car.

Well I've listed the wheels for sale in a few places. I've got a few offers on the table but I have no bones selling them to you and cheaper, but I need to make it happen soon-ish. I'm moving in 2 months and I really don't want to move these big bastards again.

If your taking about down Rt. 33 into Hanover towards Montpeiler, goooood luck with all that!

Hanover cops are the worst, Hanover judges have this sense of 'country justice' and Pamunky Regional Jail is the absolute pits!

I'd rather drift through downtown Chester than touge through Hanover.

the water pump just about bit it going over Afton mountain Monday
the car didn't overheat or even lose much coolant (about 2 cups worth)
but the pump was sounding godawfull and leaking water from the housing seals
I'm guessing a berring in the impeller shaft is about toast
so needless to see it's still sitting in the Draft at one of the local mechanix
I'll be headed back friday to get it - if she's done by then

Well, I lost my job of 2 years at Cheeburger yesterday due to a crack-head owner, literally.

I've been applying at a bunch of dealerships for basically bitch jobs... but does anyone have any other suggestions? Being broke and having an Rx-7 don't go well together.

Kenny,
Might want to state whether S4 or S5. Not only the obvious trim and trim hole difference, but there is a color difference.

Warm up

Being new to the game, I will be having some simple yet important questions that I dont feel like posting on the entire forum or doing multiple searches.
What is the best way to warm the engine? I read somewhere about driving it right away and keeping it below 3k rpm, and below 5psi, but how is this better than letting it idle for a few minutes? I have been trying this for the past could of days and the engine feels real lopey.
Also (I know this is an FD issue), when I turn on my ac sometimes my engine idle drops to 500 and my volt meter is telling me it is around 12volts or less, where it is usually around 13.4. Whats the fix or issue? I have a new Optima Battery and a newer alternator.

Whens the next meet around ric? I need to meet the crew

I'll have to look at my FD when I get home, but i know my FC has an idle screw on top of the throttle bodle, and another point on the throttle linkage that's adjustable as well.
Friday nights at Starbucks seems to be our meetup

Rotaries last longer if you let it warm on idle until normal operating temp.. just as other cars. You don't ever want to run a cold engine hard.

Starbucks meetings:
Every Friday 7:45 – whenever
@ Starbucks Coffee
5001 Huguenot Rd
Richmond, VA 23226, US

See the following thread for details.

hope to see you all there

Actually, it's been a while since I've seen any of those bastards, probably over a year or so. I'll come out on the bike if the weather holds out

The diodes are getting weak, if you can find a good shop that will rebuilt the rectifier and replace your bearing in the alternator it will last a long time, also
when the alternator starts to go its a good indication the water pump is getting
a bit worn, should replace it at the same time. save you some time and effort.
Been there done that.
