bumping the dead thread.

For anyone locally looking for a hybrid turbo, go here:

https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.php?t=414885

I tend to hook up local people.

Further, if anyone is bored Friday, I'm putting *another* motor in an S5 TII if anyone wants to play the keen observer, tool bitch, beer drinker, etc.

All day thing - will be prepping until motor shows up, sometime early afternoon. Then the install/drinkage will commence.

I'm working in the garage all day and tonight. Motor should be here 4-ish.

Anyone is welcome to come out and hang out. I'm in Mechanicsville. My cell is 687.6199.

ESP - I haven't done anything to the motor just the suspension, the front strut tower bar went in about 5 minutes the rear one took about a half hour.

You are correct , that was a pain to check on though, had to wait on the Accrobat reader 7 to download so I could read the rule book-so it off to the VMSC website to change things, I wouldn't want to have 30 people telling me this over and over this Sunday.
Thanx for the catch Brian and Zach.
and now pics

That looks really good. Did you notice a difference in the handling?

Anyone here interested in coming out to VIR in June? There's another Mazda Drivers event ( http://www.mazdadrivers.com ) It's almost full though

The difference in handling is quite amazing, the turn-in rate is much quicker and what amazed me smoooother. I can take corners WAY harder and faster and the little twitches I was getting when really pushing it are gone.
The front bar took 5 minutes to do, the back took a half hour do to hole cutting, dissasembly of bar (the part Zach left out), re-assembly of bar in mounted position.
The Racing Beat springs arrived today so now I'm just waiting on the their swaybars and the Hoosiers are getting mounted on the Borbet rims today too.
Shooting to get the springs and the Tokico Illuminas done by Sunday's autocross.

I'd like to hit VIR sometime (especially with the Hoosiers) unfortunately I'm attending Anime Mid Atlantic that weekend.
